I can handle that.

Today's Tids Issue 3,639
For Adapting:

One of things that keep you young adapting to everything new, which is happening at a faster pace than ever. But, a lot of what’s new was far better when it was old.

Early tomorrow morning around 1:30 AM we can start watching the British Open, which is always one of the best sporting events. How great is that!

Last Saturday, NYT Columnist Maureen Dowd had a humorous, or is it sad, line about Hillary: “She seems well on her way to becoming Madam President because she is not getting indicted.” Holy cow!

Real “Factory Outlets” are full of stuff that a lot of people didn’t want to buy. They should be called Compromise stores.

The Question:
Ok, here’s a ”Q” where probably nobody will agree n te answers. The results come from a fairly decent survey done buy “Ranker”. Who are the most beautiful women of all time? Men cannot name wives. This is not a husband reclamation project.

The Headlines:
--Markets Up.
--Teresa May Officially new British PM; She is Considered In Between Thatcher And Merkle; US Business Likes Her.
--Pence Beginning To Look Like Favorite In Trump VP Race.
--Sanders Supporters Irate Over Clinton Support; Man Are Sending Donations To Jill Stein.
--NY Circuit Court Denies Tom Brady Appeal.
--IRS Beginning To Target Colorado Marijuana Businesses.
--Emirates Named “Worlds Best Airline”.

It appears that Hillary acquiesced to the most socialist platform in US major party history in trade for Bernie’s support. Doesn’t she realize that leaders in socialist countries routinely throw people in jail?

Woman who goes camping with a man must beware of evil intent. – Confucius

The younger set is loving he idea of free college, not realizing that they as Americans will pay for it for the rest of their lives…unless of course they all go on welfare.

I heard somebody describe the forthcoming Presidential battle as a “Race to the bottom…or is that bottle?” Pretty sad.

I feel a little proud today seeing that our young Boston Red Sox “Killer B’s” had half of the American League hits last night. It’s nice to have the voting validated. That’s your price of admission, me talking about my teams.

Trumps Says: “Sanders supporting Clinton is Like Occupy Wall Street supporting Goldman Sachs.”

Do you think Justice Ginsburg will recues herself if the Trump-Hillary race comes down to a Supreme Court decision? Not a chance. We live in a new world where honor doesn’t count.

This must be Ginsburg week! She has been named as the Justice who will receive or reject the Tm Brady deflategate appeal. There is no question that the Players Union granted Goodell the unrestrained power to make stupid decisions, so te ocurt will probably rject aBrady appeal. Unless a liberal court sees an opportunity here to take way powers from bosses who belittle employees. And in this era, you can’t be surprised at anything.

Some local wags here in RI are trying to mount a “Puerto Rico” for Statehood campaign. They feel if bankrupt PR is one of us, Rhode Island would not always be last in state rankings. Oh, we’ll still be 50th but PR will be 51st.

It appears that we have reached or about to reach that threshold where there are more people getting freebies in America than there are people paying for it. This means that the people voting to continue will always outnumber the people who cant afford it any more. Can you say Apocalypse?

The Answer:
Number One is hard to Argue. Who didn’t like Audrey Hepburn. Well, maybe she wasn’t that beautiful, but she was high on likeability. Next is a beauty named Grace Kelly. She is followed by Monica Belucci, Bridget Bardot, Sophia Loran, Ursula Andress, Catherine Deneuve, Evangeline Lilly, Sophie Marceau, Charlize Theron and Eliabeth Taylor. What, no Doris Day? Ok, lets go to the top 20. 12 is Cindy Crawford, then Michelle Pfeiffer, Marilyn Monroe, Anita Ekberg (Remember Anita), Barbara Eden, Raquel Welch, Gina Lollobridgida, Jennifer Lopez and Rita Hayworth.

Some of the prettiest places in the world, and most beautiful remnants of old picturesque New England are found in the towns at the head of those inlets up from Buzzard’s Bay. It always puts me in a great mood, despite the incongruities of the world.
