All in a life

Today's Tids Issue 5,911

Could I:

A phone camera can turn mediocrity into art.

Bubble, bubble toil and trouble fire burn and cauldron on Bubble. Will the current surge turn to rubble. The bubble talk ins oozing into Wall Street discussions. Is it because there are no government reports to analyze or are big investors just getting nervous because everything seems too good The chief seer/strategist at at Goldman, Peter Oppenheimer, says he sees a difference in the AI runup. Yes, there are definite signs of bubblicious decline, but unlike the past were it was fueled by market values far exceeding cash flows realistically generated, It is not present today... yet. But, keep an eye on the witches brew.

Shaving cream bubbles help remove the daily stubbles. Sorry I just wanted the keep the rhyme going. Would Shakespeare be ok with that,

One of the new daily human endeavors grown gout of our dominating exploding world of technology requires more responsibility the most human endeavors of yore. How one writes intelligently in social media is demanding and most don't know it. Mistakes and misinformation, slurs and mischaracterizations are instant and pervasive and infectious. Negative informaitons rarely dies, People can be ruined and companies can die just through simple ignorance, or worse personal vindictiveness.

The Question:

I found a list of America’s 20 greatest war heroes, soldiers who stepped up. Name five.

The Headlines:

--Stocks Open Nicely Higher as Street Awaits Fed Minutes,

Movies are making big bucks these days creating superheroes. A while back they did a movie about a real superhero, Sergeant York – Sergeant Alvin Cullum York. Skeptics wouldn't believe it. Hollywood they’d say. A mere human army GI couldn't actually do what he did. The movie starring Gary Cooper was about that Quaker lad who won a pouch of medals. Yeah, Alvin was in an antiwar religious group. But he was called and he went. And one day in Europe the Germans had pinned down the Americans. York took it upon himself to go out there and to wipe out a machine gun installation, single handedly killing 25 and capturing 139 German soldiers. Nah, could never happen. Right. There plenty of everyday heroes who will ever be part of film.

Judging by the Nobel Awards it appears that mosney is well spent funding research at universities

Is Bitcoin now in the too big to fail stratosphere or is just in a position to explode louder.

I have noticed over the years that replies to comments often totally overlook many of the key words written or add words that were never there.

If I was a visiting head of state I'd say, Thanks but no thanks to a post Trump meeting press conference.

There is growing evidence of a stronger Anti-American sentiment as Countries see the US backing off deals made to end a Trade War. And it isn't just in Canada. It's a boozy dilemma among other things as Europe, the Largest foreign markets for US Whiskey. is down 12% in purchases. US distillers are not happy. The good news is that distillers may have to cut prices to keep the domestic tap flowing.

I'm getting ready to celebrate the end of the month spirits. I just ordered a case.

The Answer:

Number one is Audie Murphy followed by another gut who could be number one, Alvin York. Next is Desmond Doss who was a medic on Okinawa. Next is the Man, George Washington followed by US Grant, Robert E. Lee, Douglas MacArthur and a marine John Basilone. He held the ine on Guadal Canal with his bare hands. He went home to sell war bonds and came back to fight and die on Iwo. There was Ike and 5 Navy Cross Marine Chesty Fuller and Nathan Hale. Smedley Butler and Daniel Inouye and Michael Murphy on the list. All wars are represented up to Afghanistan/

So, its Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's 29th anniversary today. They sing pretty good together. Nice.
