Dancing on puffy clouds.

Today's Tids Issue 5.934

A piano:

I got through hump-day only to find slump-day. And, I thought it was going to be a bump-day.

News storeies about celebrities are getting sillier and sillier

Just when I think I'm getting too old to do anything, I do something. And that my friends, that is a truly great feeling

The drone of the correction crickets is getting louder. Is it time to get off the rocket.

The Question:

The most popular 2025 names for babies wasjust reekased. Name teh top five dor bots andgirls

The Headlines:

--Stocks Drop; Markets Confused as Debate over Big Tech Valuations Continues.

--US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to Reduce Air Travel Capacity by 10% at 40 Major Airports.

--Pelosi to Mosey Over to RetirementVille; Former Speaker Says No More as She Declines to run Again.

Beautiful memories never fade. They just become  more beautiful.

The best senior citizen discount is getting to change a par four to a par five.

Is Quantum already on the road to replace AI. That's what physicists are saying. Unfortunately, I am not a physicist, so I am no help at all. Does Quantum need chips. Is NVidia on it?

With the reduction of Air travel capacity at Major airport Logan in Boston, Providence International is looking to move up to major Status. That's RI, folks, always ready to pick up what Massachusetts loses.

Well the Ole’ Tids Pickers had a decent week that couold have been better considering Carolina beat Green Bay. 10-4 continues the long slow creep up to respectability. We are at 83.5-48.5 (63%). I'm not excited about this week. Lots of little traps, and too many injuries. Actually, tonight should be easy as consistent Denver with a very good coach is playing a team they should beat handily, Las Vegas. I'm picking Atlanta to upset a Daniels-Less Indy Carolina-New Orleans could be a trap game with the Panthers coming off a huge win. But I think they will stay tough and beat the Saints. I'm not sold on da Bears, and I’m partially sold on the Gants being better than their record. No Jints mistakes this week will give them a win. Stroud is Houston and he isn’t playing. I like Jax and I see them taking it. Finally, a breather. Buffalo will handle Miami. Baltimore Vikes could have been a puzzler, but Jackosn is back to MVP form, and the Ravene will beat teh floundering lake people.

Moving on, the Jets just traded their best players for a future. I like Cleveland. I like the Browns too, but like the City of Cleveland despite naming the Indians Guardians. Arizona can surprise you. But Seattle is hot. This is a tough pick, but I wIll stay with Microsoft/Amazon/Starbucks Seahawks. San Fran is holding the pieces together, but The Rams are just becoming a great football team and Stafford is playing extremely well. Rams beat Niners in this terrific rivalry. Detroit has disappointed but Washington doesn't have much now, Go Lions. Mike Tomlin always gets the Stealers into a position to win at the end. The Chargers are are capable of Playing great football. This is a really tough Pick. I'll go home field and LAC. The game of the week on paper is Philly and Green Bay. I don't think the Pack is as good as their publicity flack. I'll go with the Green Eagles. And that leaves me with one really tough choice, My beloveds versus their toughest opponent yet, Tampa Bay. I've come to believe the Pats can be competitive with anybody. Baker has been making some great pies. I’m sticking my neck out for the home team that's palying away — New England. This old turkey better not be sticking his neck out on thanksgiving day.

In recent trades, the NY Jets have stockpiled 3 first round picks and two second round picks. How can they lose. But as one wag said, they still have the Jets management.

It is one great, big, beautiful day out there around here today.

Talk show mavens who are republicans by heritage but who hate Trump with a vengeance are trying to find c good things about Mamdani. Silver Tongued orators ahve taken down amny a greta society., Buy into yourself and not into the one who promises a rose garden.

“We dream, we dream, while we may” From Jonathon Livingston Seagull.

The Answer:

The list is called the top names for babies. It doesn't mean that when these babies grow up to be teens that they will be happy with their names. The top five Girls are Olivia, Amelia, Sophia, Emma and Isabella. Wajt, what happeed to good old names like Susan and Carol and Mary Jane? For the boys it's Noah, Liam, Oliver, Elija, and Mateo. I read that the names of characters in TV shows seem to be a reason for picking a name. How about names from history like Richard the Lionhearted, William the Conqueror and Peter the Great.

It was a glorious day, No. It is a glorious day and I just think I can fly to the moon. At least, I feel I can...
