I love today’.

Today's Tids Issue 5,276

Spaced out:

Around us the world seems to be going to hell in a handbasket (Whatever that means), and I have an odd feeling of perfect comfort today.

There is little better than playing golf on a 55-degree windless early morning the fall.

I think the reason that the Ukraine army has been so successful against gigantic Russia is because their soldiers know why they're fighting.

New Zealand proposes taxing cow burps to reduce emissions. If it catches on, we’ll need a Cow Burp Counter (CBC) in every town. Then they'll unionize and Congress will rush to pass emergency CBC funding legislation. Seriously. Am I losing my mind?

My former illustrious newspaper is now so late that by the time I read traumatic news, the crisis is over, and the harangues have stopped. Reading the local newspaper has become a soothing anesthetic. It’s relaxing and you are sorta, kinda up to date.

The Question:

Who was the first woman to walk in space?

The Headlines:

--The Dow Shows Signs Of Life.

--G7 Holding Emergency Meetings After Russia Rocket Strikes Against Ukraine.

-- Tulsi Gabbard Announces She Is Leaving Democratic Party, Calling It An “Elitist Cabal Of Warmongers".

--SC Considering Animal Industry Challenge To California (Where Else) Animal Welfare Law.

Last week I listed the best USA golf cites with barely a smidgen listed for the northeast, where many of the first great clubs were built. One of the great course designers was Donald Ross who lived in Little Compton RI and designed his fantastic seaside home course, The Sakonnet Club just one of the 399 Ross designed courses all over the country. Jack Nicklaus said of Ross: “He seems to be the standard by which we are all measured today."

Now adays I carefully watch lone walkers moving towards me for unexpected quick hand moves, i.e., wielding a knife rapidly... white, red, yellow, brown or black. Street crime is making me nervous.

It appears Dems are learning that Americans have a lot more on their minds than the fear if abortion rule changes. Like whether they can afford to eat or safely walk upon the streets their own neighborhood. One issue campaigns only reach those interested in one issue.

One of the biggest wars going on in the USA is between Walmart and Amazon. These two mammoths are making moves and countering moves on a day-to-day basis.

Remember a few years ago when the Dem mantra was, Trump will crash the economy and start WWIII. Huh.

Another way to relax these days is to turn off the stock ticker.

Streaming is great for those who think watching a football game on a phone is a good idea. Amazon has a real loser this Thursday with Chicago facing Washington. Ouch.

The Supreme Court moved abortion back to the states. The next thing we need to bring back from the big bureaucracy is education.

If your name is Kimberly today is Your National Day. I'll never have a day. Can you imagine anybody allowing National Dick Day?

The National Debt, you may have read, just passed $31 Trillion. That means that each US taxpayer is in debt for $209,035.74. What do you think are the chances of Joe B cancelling our debt? And now with rising interest rates, the debt will only grow faster.

The Answer:

How many peoepl do you think remember this historic name – Katherine Sullivan, the first woman to walk in space.

How many women have ever said, I need my space. And they don't care who Katherine is, she can’t come into their space.

See you all tomorrow.
