Say what? Yesterday Gaetz used as ammunition in his mission to oust McCarthy the fact that McCarthy joined with the Dems to avert a Gov Shutdown. And later yesterday Gaetz and his other 8 used the same Dems to bring down McCarthy. From what I can see, the Dems must be smiling as they see themselves as the minority in control of the majority, unless repubs can close the giant chasm. While Dems may be saying they are happy McCarthy is gone, it is highly unlikely they will unite with the super conservative 9 in the kind of stop spending bills we all want passed. Yes, the Repubs have shot themselves in the foot again.

I went to the hottest restaurant in RI, maybe New England yesterday and it was just like any other meal, actually a little short of others with similar dishes I have had. Number one to which I agree totally are the superficial fans of the NY Ya, Ya, Ya... well you know who I mean. Number two surprisingly are the kindly, lovable loyal Red Sox fans. The next are the LA Dodgers, Phillies, Cubs, Mets, Giants, Astros, Braves and Cards. The rest in order are White Sox, Angels, Rangers, Nationals, Blue Jays, Guardians, Tigers, Reds, Royals, Orioles, Brewers, Rays, Athletics, Marlins, Orioles, Diamondbacks, Twins, Mariners and Rockies. Boo, Hiss.
