The ole’ TidsPickers scored a nice 13-2 last week bringing us to 106.5-56.5 (66%). Some really tough picks this week starting with The Bills at Houston tonight. With Stroud still out, and with Josh Allen's ttenacious will to win, I go Buffalo. I have to pick The Ravens oveer the Jets, Lions over the Giants and Seahawks over the Titans. Everything else is a puzzler. Pitt lost the Rogers and Chicago just gets better each week. Da Bears! Green Bay as been disappointing but Minn more so. Go Pack. Indy versus KC sets up to be a super game. The Chiefs are slivers away from whom they’ve been. I think they get over the hump against the Colts who are seeing reality. Two up and down teams are the Cardinals and the Jags. I’m going a little with my heart to pick Jax. Wow, who turn is it to break a losing streak, Cleveland or LV? The Sanders Kid gets his first start this weekend, and he will want to show his stuff. I'll stay with the mighty Browns.
Continuing on, I’m looking at the traditional rivalry of Eagles- Cowboys. Dallas is riding high after last Monday, but Philly is a better team. I have no clue about the Atlanta-New Orleans game. The Falcons Penik is out for the season.NO has shown me some toughness. I'm thinking they will upset Atlanta. Tampa Bay was in control ofthe NFL South before they lost 3 of 4 games. Will the need to win push them over the top this week”? Nah. They are playing the LA Rams who are on fire. Carolina always shows up this year. San Fran looked crisper last week and they will continue anf beat the Panthers. And now we have my Beloved’s against the Bengals who are saying Joe Burrow returns. Is he rusty? Can the Pats be competitive without Injured D-Tackel Willaims/ Yeah, My Pats continue.
After a couple of nights in the high 20’s and low thirties, there is one yellow flower still standing tall and brightening the day. Isn't that the coolest thing?
Olympic Champion Snowboarder Ryan Wedding is as aggressive in his business as he is on the slopes. He it appears he is a major Drug lord now accused of murdering a government witness and has been made Public Enemy Number one on the FBI list. The US is offering a $15 Million reward for info leading to his arrest, Do you think maybe somebody may break the bond of the drug brotherhood? Who knew.
You are probably all still asleep from that Bach piece that ended Tids yesterday, Air on a “G” String. Maybe I’ll get livelier today.
I see where the White House is preparing to get rid of the “Whistle Blower” protection. That would remove legal protection from government retaliation against employes who see and report the truth of misdoings in the government. But then the Trump admin would retaliate against anybody, would they?
I really hate being so negative about the President of the USA but every day I read or hear something tat sounds negative to me.
What does a disappointed mama turkey tell her kids? If your father were to see you now, he would be turning over in his gravy!
Speaking of Thanksgiving dinner, it looks to me like the two big countries are carving up Ukraine.
The Answer:
Bo didn't get a lot of acclaim after her inaugural big splash. Husband John Starred her in three of his critically “Panned” films: Tarzan of the Apes, Bolero and Ghosts Can’t do It. She did a little better in her other three films, Tommy Boy, Change of Seasons and Fashion House. She actually became quite the Philanthropist heading up organization for disabled veterans and leading a big effort for horse racing safety among many charitable contributions. She was recognized by President Bush and Gov Arnold Schwarzeneggers for her work. But basically, as an entertainer she was a one hit wonder.
