I’ll start with the truly scary, unpredictable Darlene Snell. She always mead ne feel uncomfortable. Next is the incredibly cold cartel lawyer Helen Pierce. Then we have always on the ropes Russ Langmore. There is almost as evil as his wife, Jacob Snell. The kid with brains who grew up and didn’t play along, Jonah Byrde. Then there is perhaps the most sympathetic character Wyatt Langmore. He coulda bin somethin. FBI Agents Roy Petty and especially Maya Miller kept Marty on his toes. Omar Novarro is the man who puts the fear into everybody, until his even more evil nephew Javi Elizondro. The crude unlikable Cade Langmore was taken out early, but His death continued to play a role. Charlotte Byrde grows up and seems to like the family business. Wendy’s bro Ben Davis threw monkey wrench into their plans. The headliners are the likeable Marty Byrde who carries the plot along; Ruth Langmore who is the fire; wife Wendy is the true calculating schemer. Among many other great key characters were Pastor Mason Young, Rachel Garrison owner of the Blue Cat Lodge and Clare Shaw. Hint: Watch out for Wendy’s dad Nathan Davis.
