For restraint:
I
reality, society has evolved rather nicely. People have made
mistakes which over time they recognized, corrected and improved upon them. People
have continuously adapted to paradigm change after paradigm change; generations
have encountered and accepted significant technological change – be it fire or microchips.
We tend to clamor in the present, fight against what we do not know, yet always
look back and wonder what the commotion was all about. Yes, there is an inner
decency, righteousness and resiliency to the human spirit. And, we will reunite
again. Now all we have to do is rid ourselves of the technological change that
brought the bitterness about – the internet and social media. Simple.
Now
everybody wants to know the name of Tiger’s back surgeon.
Watching
the Dems grasp at anything to stop Kavanaugh, I am
reminded of Wiley Cayote whose antics to stop Roadrunner always backfired into
a personal catastrophe. The left-wing stalwarts are like the cartoon characters
sawing a branch of a tree to drop on a foe, only to find in the end they are
sitting on the said branch. Ouch.
Rob
Rosenstein in response to the NY Times story: “(Story) is
inaccurate and factually incorrect.” That in lawyer-speak means it is basically
true. Woe is us.
I’m
friends with 25 letters. I don’t know Y.
The
Question:
Who is Paul Swift? Bonus: In what decade was game maker Nintendo founded?

Obscurities
become doctrines by the words used to describe them.
Don’t
mix LED bulbs with fiber element bulbs on the same circuit.
It’s not only dangerous to the health of LED’s but could be a significant
hazard to the health of a home. Who
knew?
In
case you haven’t noticed, this is all-or-nothing week for
Dems who hate the idea of a Justice Kavanaugh. Be prepared for anything.
James
Woods is exactly correct. For the left, free speech is a
one-sided freedom.
The
Left is always crying for Diversity, but they have unique
ability to put vast amounts of society into disparaging groups – Fr instance, Hillary
– Deplorables; Joe Biden – “Dregs of Society”. Or today’s popular
over-generalization. – “Old White Men”. And that is just the tip off the
iceberg
Well,
to be Frank…I’d have to change my name.
The
Donald was doing alright for a while staying remarkably
calm in the wake of the new commotion from the Senate SC approval hearings.
But, he just could hold back any longer, and now he may have alienated key Repub
voters with childish remarks. Does anybody have any duct tape?
There
is a big difference between the worst person ever in the Oval
Office, and the worst president ever.
Michelle
O is cashing in nicely on her book to come about the supposed
secrets of her White House Life. Her book signings will occur only at arenas
with capacity of 15K and above, with seats going for $30 to $3,000. And they
are already sold out. The book, due out in November, is already #10 on a best
seller list. I think it is tough to be a self-publisher.
I
read a book once where one character said, the truly rich
and powerful will never allow the next tier to gain on them…no matter how rich
and powerful the next tier may think they are. That’s why boat builders are
always building bigger yachts.
Trades
people and other families who stayed behind when British
soldiers took over towns during the Revolutionary War found the “rebels”
annoying, disruptive to their lives. There are many prisms through which to
view the world.
A
lot of people will think accusations against Kav
are true primarily because of constant media overreach. This is the same media
that didn’t think much of Clinton’s accusers. Now some Dems will say to me:
There you go again. Get over it that was over 25 years ago. Really?
The
US Justice system has gone back to the era of Salem Witch
trials.
The
Answer:
Paul Swift is the guy who hawks “FlexTape” and
associated products. I think he does a helluva job, and I am a believer. I see
those products and look back of all the projects I could have jerrybuilt with
his super sticky stuff. Bonus: Nintendo was begun as a playing card
manufacturer in 1889. It’s nice to see a company that learned how to see the
future and grow with it.
If
the world didn’t suck, we’d all fall off.
I
would have gotten this out earlier, but I was in the
Patriot Fans Trauma Room (PFTR)
There
are days when we need to get back to plain old regular simple
things:
