As far as I have been able to determine, it appears that Omicron is a far greater infection threat to Wall Street algorithms than to human beings. Maybe WS is just looking for an infection to justify selling. The panic Friday certainly didn’t seem that of an orderly under control marketplace
I don’t know about you, but when I see the color orange in a supermarket my mind immediately races towards Cheetos and Reese’s. And my saliva glands jump into overdrive.
Apparently, there was a news item this morning on CNN that said Robots in the near future will be able to reproduce themselves. Of course, everybody began thinking the worst of it, a world takeover by machines. And of course, like every recent hysterical moment people would always jump upon a cultural bandwagon, this time to find roads less traveled to escape from the heartless and angry artificial intelligent mechanical masters of the planet. But what if they produced generations of good robots who respect each other and have profound sense of responsibility and honor? How refreshing would that be?

I’m just me, and you are most certainly you, but I recommend always starting the day with soft non-controversial music, like a nice warm poem without words; instead of news or gabbers on TV. The heart likes it better.

Who says big money doesn’t undermine ethics. In just the past couple of days two big time NCAA football caches have bolted for greener pastures just at the time when their teams needed them most. Two of the most prominent are Lincoln Riley of Oklahoma and Brian Kelly of Notre Dame. It is crunch time a for Bowl and NCAA championship series selections, and these two announced they are leaving for USC and LSU respectively. And you can be sure that under the new NCAA transfer rules, they will try to bring along their best recruits. There is no honor within those hills of greenbacks.

The markets look agonizingly low these past few days, but I’m still smiling because it has been a helluva year so far. I just hope we can keep it at least steady next year. I’ll take steady for the rest of my life.

I think a lot of people would agree that Elon Musk is good for a reasonable first choice. But I’m certainly sure DT Trump is a surprise for second. In order, the rest are Athony Fauci, Michael Jordan(?), Bill Gates, Kayla Barro, Billie Eilish, Serea Williams, Cristiano Ronaldo, Naomi Osaka, Taylor Swift, Actor Michael Jordan, Joe Biden, Salena Gomez, Stacey Abrams, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grade, Greta Thunberg, Olivia Rodrigo, Rihana, Labron James, Trevor Noah, Tyler Perry, Jennifer Lawrence and at #25, Jon Ossoff. That was a hodge-podge of most influential people, I’d say. Tucker Carlson should be on that list. He must be influential because Dems hate him so much.
If you think Brussel sprouts are good, you should try any other food. It’s much better.
