Today's Tids Issue 5,038
Scales and clefs :
Probably one of the most meaningful songs ever written was People who need people. No matter how much you think you are a loner. something wakens inside of you when another person waves hello. And, covid probably proved that more than any event in history. So, that’s the good thing about that terrible people ravaging disease.
A cartoonist was found dead in his ow home. Details are sketchy.
A lot of people around here are saying thank God for infrastructure dough so now we can fix all of the potholes that are ruining our cars cars. I’m asking why should we get pothole devastation in the first place? It sems to me that we voted for plenty of Department of Transportation money every year for a more than a century. Could it be that our intrepid government officials have mismanaged the money we gave them?
I love anything but down in the stock markets. And that includes minimal but steady growth
The Question:

Every time I listen to a beautiful piece of music without words, I try to write my own. It’s amazing how music lets your heart flow. It’s amazing how caressing words can be if you let yourself float freely. I always finish my words with a smile.
Today is National Princess Day. So, if you know any Princesses, say hello.
Do you think a lot of people of Wall Street denizens are waiting for the techs to have their come-uppance? Theye are all sitting aloft upon high valuations, a Apple and Alphabet and Amazon and beasts of k highly leveraged sales. And Microsoft has been reaching new highs too, but many see Microsoft as an excellent classic example of a good company tat knows how to reinvent itself. So that is acceptable. Once investors digest these stomach churning concerns about how high is up, the money will flow again but I expect the growth will be slower.
Well, the Tids Pickers were a little better last week going 9-4-1. Yes there was a tie. We are now 98-53-1 (65%.) Once again there were some crazy upsets, mostly I the “Sure thing Picks”, like Arizona-Carolina. There a lot of “Posers” this week: GB-Minn, Indy-Buff, Mami-Jets, NO-Phil, Wash-Carolina, Cinn-LV, Pitt-LAC and the glamour game – KC and Dallas. The way this season has been going, who knows how many other nail biters we’ll see, and enjoy. Tonight, opens week 11 with my Beloveds playing Atlanta. “Ice” Ryan ca kill you, but he doesn’t have any real receivers. Lasts week they got squashed. Professional teams don’t like to be squashed. But, can they come back against the Patriots who are looking better every week. I go Pats.
So, let’s get started on the posers. Minn has played every game close. Both teams are good in thee tundra. GB w/ an alert Rogers has played as well as good as any. I have to stick with the Pack. Indy isn’t as bad as their record, and Buffalo has had some bad moments too. But I’ll still go with the Bills. Miami and the Jets are here because they have both eve their ineptitude, a risen to the occasion this year. But I’ll stay with the Dolphis in a close one. Another pair of teams that don’t always show up arret yeh Eagles and the Saints. The Eagles are awake this week and pluck the halo off the Saints. Wash can play really well, but so can Carolina. Both last week beat top teams in their divisions, I’m sticking with WFT, affectionately known as the Skins. Cinn and LV each need resurgence wins. I’m really not sure here. I’ll go Bengals. Though always tough when you least expect it, Pitt will probably lose to LAC because of QB ills. KC is finally looking like a contender. Dallas looked like a contender in the beginning. I like KC.
Of the rest I have The Ravens over the Bears, Cleveland over Detroit, red hot Tenn over Houston, the all of a sudden put together Niners over Jax, and TB wining a tough battle agist the improving Giants.
I used to date a girl with a lazy eye. It turns out she was seeing someone on the side the whole time!
As one person said this morning, a lot of people voted for Joe B because he said he would bring back “united” to America. Well, he unified the left alright. I can only write a sad song for that.
The Answer:
Madeline Albright, Condoleezza Rice and The Hill.
Enjoy the Pats game tonight, E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!
I will.
