Butterflies:
One of the greatest gifts people can enjoy is earning their own way in life.
Has the media ever made more out of nothing than they have about the release of the so-called Epstein suicide note? Anything for content these days, eh? And if relates to juiciness, go with it.
A five-letter word for irony Could be spelled T-I-M-E-S! In the early 20h century, the NY Times called crossword puzzles a “Primitive form of mental exercise” and predicted that the “Crossword puzzle fad was dying out fast.” Be careful who you believe.
Apples and oranges is well used phrase that has never been more appropos than when dealing with Mamdani’s Big Apple and The Florida citris industry. The NYC Mayor wants billionaire taxes for sure, but he is also embarrassing them with publicity stunts. It is a pretty sure bet that some companies will move from NY to a better environment Miami or Tampa, Apples versus Oranges.
The Question:
How many pounds of food a day do elephants need to eat?

Every day I seem to be thinking of somebody else I don't know at all. Today it is the people in the New Orleans to Mississippi region whose homes were destroyed by another ravaging storm. These peoepl must ne devastaetd. Where do I live. Where do I live.
How many kids have been dressed in Carter clothes. Up here there was huge Carter factory outlet that attracted moms from miles around. And tag-along dads. The venerable children's clothes manufacturer which now owns Osh kosh and others is closing stores due to tariff headwinds. As you know the Tids Chief Econpmic Editors has been seriously against the idea of tariffs, an unnatural intrusion into global free trade.
If you don't think consumers are chasing lower prices check out the difference between McDonalds and Whirlpool revenue.
One of the big problems for America’s future is that younger generation are not producing enough children, The birthrate has decreased 23% since 2007. That means we can look to a future with fewer workers, fewer consumers and a resultant slowing economy. Obviously, AI may be the answer to a smaller worker reservoir. But it can't replace consumers. The good news is a smaller population will tend to reduce housing prices and stress on the environment. But there will be plenty of well fed dogs and cats.
Another looming danger is that more mayoral candidates will try to copy-cat Mamdani.
It's too bad Golden Tempo won’t participate in the Preakness. As I wrote a week or so ago, the triple crown is in danger unless they broaden the period between the Derby and the Preakness. It should be doable, The quiestion is, why are today's stronger, healthier new breed of horse's need more rest between races. Everybody is a Primadonna.
“The cat could very well be man’s best friend but would never stoop to admitting it.” —Doug Larson
Life takes on a different perspective when your kids start asking u you questions about their Medicare.
The Answer:
Elephants need 330 lbs of food per day. Visit a zoo. The elephants need your dough.
This week I've been playing songs I like. I like the music in this one. It became meaningful to me when I heard it as the music played behind the release of monarch butterflies at an outdoor memorial service for a woman who died much too young. I din;t know her that weel, but she was loved by a community. That I know. The music was haunting that day. You don't forget it. Yeah, the video here is disturbing, but the music makes me stop and listen.
