Personally, I do think that some powerful people think they are above the law. Like judges are pesky little gnats that inhibit the driving forces of the economy. Hey, what is a little crime along the way.

The origin of the word Vaccine is an interesting one. In 1796 the ingenious Edward Jenner used “Cow Pox” to wipe out smallpox. The French scientific word is Variolae Vaccinae. The adjective Vaccinus -- – understanding anything coming from Cow – Vacca. In 1891 Louis Pasteur coined the word Vaccination to honor Jenner. I think Kennedy's opinions on the subject are Udder-ly ridiculous.

Lots of liberal politicians are calling for a millionaire's tax. Government employees on generous pensions are basically comfortable millionaires as it takes a more than a million in the bank for each to generate those lifetime monthly paychecks.

These furnace- A/C guys unusually show up around now to make sure the A/C is working properly. I want to be sure the heat continues because sometimes you don’t need A/C til Mid-July. Actually, I prefer screens on Windows an doors to feel frresh breezes flowing through.

The PGA Chapionship began extra early this morning under threats of rain. All of the usual suspects are the favorites, though it has been noted that obscure players have won the event in the past. Now-as-days people look forward to the LIV players showing up. One notable exception is a young player named Jake Knapp. Knapp has had a really great early season up til three weeks ago when a sprained thumb had him withdrawing from three of the most lucrative events including this PGA. He is currently ranked 2nd in scoring average, 3rd in putting and 9th in driving distance. He doesn't captivate the publicists but he is a contender when he;s there. Sad to see him stopped by what seemed like asmall injury.

Well, Warsh is in at the Fed. Now we’ll learn if he was truthful in his Senate hearings. No politics, right?

There’s a lot of pretty average Reggiano cheese around, but the prices are still high.

A lot of budget-oriented families used to get by using hamburger meat to enhance many a creative, tasty dish But now ground beef is for higher income people only.

These massive drone assault seem like a waste to me. For instance, last night Russia launched 670 drones against Ukraine and 652 were shot down. Russia also launched 56 missiles of which 14 made it through. If I was that inefficient, I’d be fired.

The people would be a lot happier if politicians said what they meant and did what they said. Seems like a simple formular to me.

Yelp reviews of restaurants are based on the people who enjoy sending positive or negative notes. They aren't a sample of anything.

It feels like Friday. Yeah, but nowadays every day feels like some other day.

I seem to be missing some Rachmaninoff Concertos. I’d be getting the Number 3 which is pretty good but not as well-known as his magnificent Number Two. Among all concertos there are lots of Top Ten lists. Rach’s #2 is always there at the top as is Beethoven’s 5 ( Like 4). Grieg's A-Minor and Mozart's 21 are always there as are one of the two Brahm’s pieces. Tchaikovski’s is more often than not there. Some I may have to try are Bartok and Shostakovich, but Shosty always scares me.

I see there is a line of drones for kids. Whats to stop them from assaulting each others elementary schools.

I have to laugh when I see some food products today with big bright labels, “Protein Added.” Protien used to be a routine staple of every meal. Yeah, remember meat.

The Answer:

Number Ten is my absolute favorite – Iceberg. Next going up to one is Arugula, Butter, Red Leaf, Mache, Summer Crisp, Frisee, Oak Leaf, Green Leaf and number one Romaine. I guess I’m out of it when it comes to lettuce.
