Today's Tids Issue 3,296
Opening Stuff:
There’s a lot coming out on
the Hillary email boondoggle, and some legal experts are saying it’s pretty damning stuff,
ala Petraeus. There are indications that her actions were an attempt to hide
aspects of her actions for public discovery, and certainly remove it from the
designated government transparency loop. It’s not hard to imagine the The Hill
hiding stuff which she has been doing systematically since the White water
days. At the moment this incident appears to have legs and is far more than
politically motivated innuendo. Hillary will be in hiding until she is found
and identified by Carolyn Huber.
Personally, a fresh air
15-20 degree
day doesn’t feel as cold as an closed door air conditioned room.
A picture of a bagpiper dressed in green plaid reminded
me today that we all soon be walking on Eire.
The Question:
As
investors start to rue the future of Techs, it is noted that several pretty
well known bubble stocks have already popped. Name Five.

When and if Mosul and Ticrit are retaken by Iraq soldiers
under Iran leadership, do you think there is a chance that they could be
annexed by Iran? Hey, it is the Middle East.
So, the Justice Department has thoroughly reviewed the
Darrel Wilson case and say there is no evidence that hands were raised or that Michael
Brown was shot in the back. Unfortunately, the race baiters and US leadership
who didn’t call for caution have ruined Wislon’s career by acknowledging guilt
before presumption of innocence. The next time somebody raises their arms in a
crowded arena, everybody in attendance should just start laughing
uncontrollably. What a joke. But, not to Darren who now must reconstruct his
life for just doing his job. Nothing turns my stomach more than this acceptance
of untruths by people and media who could have put a stop to it in the beginning,
but would prefer to add fuel to their burning agenda..
When the shocked IRS agent was found guilty of
tax evasion,he had to take time to collect himself.
More and more people across the political
spectrum are beginning to agree that the
entertainment industry is normalizing too much that has always been considered
bad behavior. In the Internet is helping
to rip childrens minds from the loving arms of parents.
It is interestingto see that
Tsarnaev’s lawyers
have already conceded his guilt in the Boston marathon bombing. Many on the
left were calling it a conspiracy and created all kinds of cockamamie theories about
his innocence. There are black things
and white things, but the legal system costs the economy far too much money
trying to turn things grey.
The guy hit with a can of soda was lucky it was a
soft drink.
99% of the time Police are called to scenes

House of Cards, Department?
No,
not the TV series, the tech stocks. Billionaire Mark Cuban has come out to say
that the Tech “irrational exuberance” frenzy we thought was shallow and
unsubstantial in 2000 is worse now. He and a growing chorus of investors are just
waiting for the inevitable fall. Getting out is good, but if the big downturn occurs,
it will take so-called premium solid sticks with it. Time to watch the shorts?
The Answer:
Ok
let’s start with Go Pro that had a decided positive hysteria has been in a steady
decline since the December 7 (Can you say Pearl Harbor) peak. AliBaba looks the
same as does Yelp, Zynga, Rocket Fuel, FireEye (Showing signs of a steady
rebound), MobilEye, Twitter (Price well down off a peak but showing urge for creeping
towards a plateau nicely above the bottom), Pandora, Potbelly and Angies List.
In the past two days Alibaba seems to be mounting a publicity resurgence, with
many pickers rating it no worse than a hold
and often a buy.
It’s one of those days where my mind could go
negative, stumbling downward from happiness peaks. So I decided to neutralize
my angst with lots of mindless bad puns.
The movie about the hot dog was an
Oscar wiener!
