Today's Tids Issue 4,951
Restoring Order:
My anger today is about the vilification of the police. Have you noticed that the median and municipal powers-that-be must be, perhaps afraid of retribution from the people with megaphones, always are fast to look for mistakes by the police to the point of whitewashing the crimes committed, the perpetrators community upheaval, How will we ever get strong police departments again, when those who willingly put themselves between the criminal and the public are continuously criticized for doing their job? Find the tools they need being regularly banned by hysterical politicians? The beating down of good honest police officers is one of the United States major problems. Societies in chaos cannot survive.
I just returned from a beautiful walk by the misty seaside. When fog descends, the intense beauty of the ocean is not diminished. You feel the power surging while being caressed by the soothing mist
I suspect that people in general spend a disproportionate amount of time worrying about what other people think of them.
But then, that is probably what makes ourr economy keep on surging.

Did cavemen and women ever kiss, or did they just club each other into submission.? I have to believe they were humans, with human emotions.
The PGA Tour reportedly created a $40 million annual prize pool for popular golfers. It is called the “Player Impact Program”. The program is to “recognize and reward players who positively move the needle.” In essence, the 10 most popular golfers at the end of the year will split a $40 million prize fund where the top golfer gets $8 million. Various rating structures based on broadcast exposure, brand familiarity, social media value, as well as Google Search are factored in to determine winners. So, some say that continuation of the Brooks Koepka - Bryson DeChambeau feud will almost assure those two will be at the top just because they are talked about so much and so many people look up “The Feud” on Google. There’s always something.
Boston Red Sox super Shortstop Xander Bogarts was the only MLB All Star with two hits last night; had one RBI. Vlad Guerrero Jr. won the MVP though because he hit a home run and had two RBI’s. And maybe because his dad was an All-Star hero before him. MLB Publicists love a good story line. Do I sound like a sour grapes apes Red sox fan?
Many of Biden’s actions are defining him more like a Union chief.

The other day I talked a lot about Morning Glory’s. The delicate blue flowers that keep on blossoming each dawning. But a friend noted that he would have expected me to tie that poetic thought together with this song, one of his and his dad’s favorites:
