Today's Tids Issue 4,947
Buckle Down:
The morning glories are blooming outside my window now. Each morning I walk out and look at them. They remind me of smiles. It’s nice to wake up each day to smiles.
The humidity is making the sponge like Tids brain very soggy.
Does the NYC Mayoral Dem primary mean that the general population is beginning to see through the histrionics of the wild-eyed progressives? Strangely, NYC could be the bellwether contributing to the rebirth of a better USA.
One thing is for sure, we know that right this minute somebody, maybe even somebody we love dearly, is facing a serious, uncontrollable dilemma or deep sadness That’s why I am reluctant to ask “How are you” or say, “Have a nice day.” You just never know from one moment to another the silent thoughts of another..
What the hell is going on now, Department:
The latest gigantic ransomware attack has the highest-level Cybersecurity experts with the brightest brains scared to death, They say that they have never seen such a high level of sophistication and organization.

Yesterday morning the news was that Inflation fears are waning, and the Stock markets took off. Then later in the evening word came out from the FED saying it might have to put on the economic brakes earlier that originally thought. And this morning it appears all of the recent gains could be wiped out. By the way, if you have read this Tid’s mess over the years, I have continually warned that mid-July is off the wake up to realty time in the markets. Today doesn’t look right at this minute like a good reality.
Check out a morning glory, and relax.
I’m thinking that perhaps the political balance shift in NYC is because all of the liberals during Covid decided to move to Newport RI.
I bought some new shoes from my drug dealer today… I have no idea what he laced them with, but I've been tripping all day!
It seems to me that forces have been working for decades to decivilize the population, you know, as a form of equality achievement. It’s working. And, it isn’t good. It’s time to remove baseball caps when eating.
“Quits” have never been higher in the restaurant industry than they are today. The National Job Turnover Ratio is lower overall, but not at eateries where I suspect food workers don’t feel as tied to bad situations as there are openings everywhere, many in much better job environments, It is the free-market, capitalist society for food workers now.
Today I saw an ad that said "radio for sale, $1, volume knob stuck on full." I thought, "I can't turn that down."

The Answer:
I liked him in the old Pacino movie, “And Justice for All”. But the ranked list has as his #1 movie.. How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The rest are Tangled, Hellboy, There’s Something About Mary, City Slickers, Hellboy II: The Golden Army, Teaching Mrs. Tingle, Under the Tuscan Sun, Doctor Dolittle and Hangover. I know, not a house old name or knowledge to remember, but I like to acknowledge people who do great work over a long period of time.
It’s really ok to eat chocolate with almonds today. Just in case you are interested.
