Because Presidents are beholden to their parties and only half a country, they can never become a King or Queen who could be unifying.  

 

Federalism is pretty much dead it seems because states have normalized taking bribes from the Federal Gov They can't think for themselves or they lose money. Which to me is a crying shame.

Like climate change, that is the problem with so many of these issues latched onto by the left and the right. They go too far and too many things happen that are too costly and not necessary. In fact, for most problems there is a middle ground that will help us pause to find a solution before madly jumping into so may no point of return actions.   

 

I interrupt this Tids to go out to see if any Zinnias are blooming. Yes, these flowers are still fighting through cold gloom of the changing season to find a way to gloriously glisten  

 

Yet, through it all 

There’s always love. 

Though the ills. 

Absurdities to annoy. 

And confoundments.
