It is March, E-v-e-r-y-b-o--d-y... the month of hope. But not like in the past for hope of a breath of spring, A crocus. No, hope for a beleaguered people in Iran who may be able to see the freedom they have been fighting for. Oh, March will still have basketball heaven with madness setting in, and the sounds of whacks and smacks of baseballs on bats and mitts. Oh, yeah and throw in the wearin’ of the green; the shamrocks and the beer and the happy go lucky parades, and the bagpipes. Yeah march is an out of the doldrums month for many in the country. And hopefully other countries too.
I had a lot of little things to talk about to start the month of March, and then this war came along. My first feeling was for the people in Iran. Yeah, real people not zealots and dictators. They were scared as the bombs fell even as their hearts may have felt a new kind of hope deprived for decades. They still found themselves instantly living i within the inconveniences and dangers of war surrounding them; still not sure it the theocracy has been brought down permanently. Still trying to find safe places.

I'm wondering how Iran allies NK and Russia and mainly China are looking at the attacks. China how a has really loved the flow of Iran. And so did india. Russia would benefit with those two biggest Countries looking elsewhere for black energy. Now what is China thinking when threatening Taiwan as they see the US might and willingness to exert itself. As the word matured its meaning was refined early to become the name of the Assyro-Babylonian god of war and hunting. So, Nimrod for centuries was defined as meaning, “a hunter... until ... Elmer Fudd. Yes, in a Bugs Bunny cartoon the Wabbit called Elmer with his hunting shotgun a Nimrod for the right reason but the American audiences thought that Bugs used it to call Elmer a fool and his actions against him foolishness. Only in America.
There is little question that the US will overwhelm the Iran military. But the concern is Iran's scattered hard to predicts retaliations. And actions of their allied terror organizations. So, while Iran tries to retaliate it seems that there comes a time in the not too distant future when there will be no retaliatory weapons left.

I once took a customer I thoroughly disliked to a dive on Boylston Street in Boston to watch Neil Sedaka perform. He was a great performer and the crowd loved him. So, that helped my night along. Neil’s top hits were “Breaking Up is hard to Do”, “Laughter in the Rain”, “Bad Blood” (For Elton John), “Calendar Girl”, “Happy Birthday, Sweet Sixteen" and “Oh Carol”. He had a hit called Stairway to Heaven which became a bigger hit by Led Zeppelin,; Sedaka wrote, “You can't copyright a title so, Led Zeppelin, I forgive you.” Other Hits were “The Diary", “The Devil”, “Next door to an Angel", “You Mean Everything to me” and “Solitaire”
