Smiles are good

.

Today's Tids Issue 6,024

 Chocolate dreaming:

You can tune a piano but you can’t tuna fish because it has too many scales.*

Can you believe that a week from tomorrow is Good Friday. I’m still saving up money to but eggs for coloring.

I was thinking yesterday, what would be so good about having AI if you can’t and create for yourself. I don't really need better productivity in my life. Slogging along is good for me. Oh yeah, they say we’ll have more leisure time. What could I possibly do with all that extra time. I prefer drudgery.

I have trouble understanding exactly what is going on in Iran waters with respect to Iran having a navy supposedly with no remaining ships stopping oil flow.

The Question:

What do female dragon flies do to avoid unwanted attention from males

The Headlines:

--Stocks Open Lower; Crushed at Closing; Investors Weighing Prospects for Peace; New Jobless Claims Rise.

--DoJ Says there is no Criminal Evidence Against Fed’s Powell.

--Repubs and Dems Find War Status Briefing Form Department of Defense Lacking; Key Repubs said there was little info to Clarify Objectives and Status Going Forward.

--Iran Oil Revenue Rising as Blockade of Hormuz Allows Iran Oil Through; China a Big Customer; China Sending War Ships to Gulf Region.

--Fannie Mae Expected to Approve Crypto Mortgages.

--Trump Warns Iran to Seek Peace of Face Deadly Strikes; Israel Reports Chief Iran Naval Commander Killed.

--High Flying Memory Chip Makers Stock Dips After Google Announces More Efficient Memory Cip

--Kennedy Center to Give Bill Maher the Mark Twain Award for Humor; Comedian Often Criticizes Trump.

*It all depends on which section of the paper you start with in the Smielsare f doodmorning, the news to set you off depressed or the comics like Frank E

rnie and their puns to begin a day with a smile.

Newspapers still have sections? To some they look more like leaflets. But I know these intrepid word warrior's are out there every day puttign togethernewspapers you can read yourself instead of being talked to online. I know it is probably just a matter of time before the papers go, but I'll be there lotyal to the final period.

Yesterday I wrote a little Tidlet aboutthe New Mexico Meta jury Decision. And later yesterday there was even a bigger LA decision involving Meta, Google and You Tube. Frankly, I avoid social media like the plague, (Says he who writes a blog everyday) and no nothing about friending, tweeting or messaging in an instant. And I dont feel Ive missed anything. But I believe what I read: Ruling could be the beginning of the end of Social Media as we Know It. And for sure the start of class action suits on TV

We had lunch with a couple yesterday at a country club a good half hour from here which we generally visit once every couple of years.. The only other two people in the dining room were women we knew very well. How weird is that. We don't know anybody else in that club. The staff thought we were important. That is called anecdotal evidence that leads to perception distortion

After a “Waste of Time” dinner with “Jerk” Bill Maher, Trump said, he is a “Overrrated Lightweight.” But today the Trump selected board of the Kennedy Center selected Maher for theTop humor Prize, “The Mark Twain Award. Yeah, Washington DC is a totally weird place.

The Red Sox open the season today and the Sweet Sixteen comes alive. The PGA tour event this week gives Golfers on the bubble a chance to make the Master's which ia next week Anda lot of people will tune into Nascar to see what thia Tyler Reddikt story is all about.

The stock market really sucked today. And that doesn't make me smile despite Frank and Ernie.

The Answer:

The fake their own death. Jeez, I’ve had dates like that.

See you all tomorrow!
