Two major factors, community group efforts with teens and the dramatic reduction from the spike that occurred during Covid. The current historical low rate is 4 per 100,000 people. Regardless f the reason, safe living is good.

We've been reading a lot about the big push to normalize Crypto. Last year 17% of American portfolios owned crypto. Now it is about half of that, 9%.
