I just woke up and after reading about today’s most current woke enthusiasms, I decided sleeping was better than woking.

 

I have trouble ordering clothes online because I have trouble visualizing things like Twill, stretch fabric, active fit, Breeze-knit, Broadcloth, Classic Fit, Cool knit, Cross grain, Easy care, Gabardine (I don’t think I like gabardine), Inseam, Jersey, Microfiber, Moisture wicking, Poplin, Regular versus Relaxed fit, Set-in Sleeve, Welt cuffs. The terms “Wrinkle Free or Wrinkle resistant” bother me for some reason. I prefer going to a store and looking at what I want ot buyt and not worrying about what it’s called.

 

They say that the Cable News Networks (CNN, MSNBC, Fox) ratings are down quite a bit because Biden just doesn’t create the exaggerated interest of a Trump. And, because people are leaving their houses.

Today it’s 20% trying to overturn the basic concept of a free nation, the horrid consequences of book banning. Tomorrow it will be 33% 5ad eventually they succeed, The left never gives up. One day it’s just bunch of crazed ideologues and the next day before you know it the ideologues are the norm.

I read this morning about that big $28.5 Billion chunk of money set aside for restaurant owner’s post covid rehab. Restaurants took a real beating across the board regardless of identity groupings. But here’s the kicker, for the first 21 days the money will only be available “for Applications from women, veterans or minorities.” What is ever left after that will be available for all of those other American taxpayers devastated by government forced shutdown of tier businesses. Woke is a poke in the eye.

 

Restaurants are smiling a little more now as people come out of their caves. There is hope. But, maybe not as much for some downtown restaurants or those near industrial and business parks. Many businesses have found that many of their employees will continue to work from home thus reducing feet on the streets.

 

Is wokeness going to be Biden’s biggest legacy? Everything is becoming a social experiment first, and that includes organizations with a mission like the CIA. We have multi-cultural, multi-racial. multi-ethnicity assassins.  But, ca you shoot.

 

Here in this city we have had for many decades an extraordinary Classical music three week, multi-venue program known the world over. The new Director just announced this year’s program which seemed only based upon the race, ethnicity and gender of the musicians and composers. All of the programs of the past seemed to have a sense of humor in addition to great music. Now it’s about a scorecard.

 

When the Gates Split happens, it is really is the quintessential splitsville for sure…splitting billions. The can each probably survive on about $65.

So during the first 100 days of Bidenville, all the Cabel Networks lost serious rating numbers. But as April ended it was again it Fox,  MSBC and CNN in the news category. Overall, the top five Cable networks for April were Fox, MSNBC, HGTV, TBS and the CNN (-15%) The rest of the Top Ten were ESPN, Hallmark, History, TNT and Discovery. But, the question was, “What are the top five Cable news Shows?” #1 is Tucker Carlson who just seems to get stronger the more the left rises up complaining. He is followed by The Five, Hannity, Rachel Maddow and Laura Ingraham. Chris Cuomo is looking for a bigger Q-Tip.

 

So, the big question is, can “Sleepy Joe” Be woke?
