Yes The US is spending money, lots of it, to get up to Mach five speed in the new maneuverable rocket race. But, I hear that our curet defense antimissile defense system is woefully defenseless against the Hypersonic. Now, this is a real problem and one of the most important reasons why Americas pay taxes.

I had the chance to walk a college campus during a parent’s day weekend. I noticed that 3 out of 4 students and many adults were carrying often complex appearing water bottles. What a nuisance I thought. My bag of Cheetos fit quite nicely into my fleece pouch. No problem.

 

The other thing I noticed is that almost everybody was wearing soft shoes with white soles. What am I going to do with all of my brown boat shoes? I’ll be a social outcast! Change Aaarrrrrrrgh!
