Today is March 6th. It has a nice ring to it. But it doesn’t represent anything. Oh, it surely is somebody's wonderful birthday or a special anniversary. Perhaps its day to remember a loved one passed away. Yet it is still just a one of 365. But every day that begins under the sun or cloudy sky has the chance of becoming something. Everyday has a chance to be historical. To be a special one to remember 

 

BTW, too many news reports use the word historic to describe something ghat was no more than a little different than something past.  

 

I was never that interested in shopping at the renown Walmart until I found out their potato chips were really very good and very low priced.  

 

“Weakness” is being flashed across the reports of three major financial resources – Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and CNBC. And that is defined by the ugliest word of all --stagflation. Lowered expectations from corporate guidance, much lower February retail sales and hiring. Tariffs and cuts to financial resources opportunities heighten a negative trickledown effect. So, while all of this has the potential to be good for deficit control it will come with a dark cloud over the economy.

How many states will think like some in RI who want to raise taxes on the wealthy to compensate for fewer wheelbarrows of fed funds dropped off in state treasuries.  

 

Do you think that President Trump didn't give the Blue Ghost Moonlanding a big USA thumbs up because of his Pal Musk’s Space X which is a competitor to Firefly Aero Space? Nah. 

 

I have been an adherent of “Shades of Grey” as the best way ot get things done for all. SI Hayakawa the great semanticist and also US Senator had a lot to say about humanity being driven by black or white. And that is now necessarily efficient or good for any society. I first read his book some sixty plus years ago and I have never forgot that “Grey” helps you understand so much more.  

 

In a room full of people who hate each other primarily because they had chosen opposite sides, a person in the room who sees the grey will always find the truth. That's my opinon and I'm sticking to it.

Too much of the USA’s society has become politics immersed and it is just plain wrong.  

 

Hasbro is going to do away with the Banker in their Monopoly board game. No paper money; All banking will be done through special Monopoly Banking App on a player’s Smart Phone. Government expected to supply free smart phones do so disadvantaged can play. Well, maybe not this admin. 

 

The three “Fast Food” meals with the highest calory count are MacDonalds’ “Big Breakfast with Hotcakes”. Burger King’s Triple Whopper with Bacon and Cheese and Carl Jr’s Maxxi Double El Diablo Combo. Number four is Taco Bell’s Caliaenti Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal. There is no chance of me ordering that as I'll never remember the name.  

 

Personally, i think the stock markets are thoroughly confused right now.
