Uncertainty Kills

Today's Tids Issue 5760:

Daydreamin' Rules:

My mind is dangerously cluttered

From conflicting statements uttered.

So, I'll take a new road to sanity

And keep ears and eyes shuttered.

Maybe Ill just write about standing, dreaming, waiting for buds to pop through. Maybe I'll do what catches a young man's fancy as spring ignites anew. That wispy feeling of gentler things.

The number one synonym for the word “Conservative” is “Traditional”.

My poor knowledge of Greek mythology has always been my Achilles elbow.

The Question:

Personally, Im quite adept at picking mushrooms out of anything before I eat. But as a service to you as ask the question: What are best mushrooms for your health?

The Headlines:

--Dow Rebound Falters as Tariff Concerns Overshadow Good News on Inflation.

--Canada and Europe Broaden Retaliatory Tariffs as Metal Tariffs and More Sink In.

--Independence From Denmark Coalitions Lead the way to victory in Greenland Election; Greenland has been controlled by Denmark for 300 Years.

--Wary Russia Considering Cease Fire Plan.

--RFK Jr, Tells Food Company CEOs to Gethe Dyes out of Foods or Else.

Duh Headline of the Day: Tens of thousands of Acres of protected Amazon forest destroyed to build four lane highway to Belem to accommodate participants in Summit Conference COP30.

I'm finding it easier and easier not to believe anybody.

I just wrote a book on reverse psychology – don’t buy it!

In the next seven or eight months you’’ be hearing a lot about Andrea, Barry, Chantel, Dexter, Erin, Fernand, Gabrielle, Humberto, Imelda, Jerry, Karen, Lorenzo Melissa and more. They are the office names for this year’s hurricane season.

So, in a few months when you hear the name Andrea being shouted across wheat fields and coastal sands, run for cover. It's starting.

Blanket dictates often fly in the face of logic and commons sense.

In response to yesterday's opening paragraph about nicknames for weekdays, a creative Midwestern reader sends in her ideas: “Tantalizing Tuesday, Winsome Wednesday, Thankful Thursday and Finally Friday. It's fun to think

A basketball player Junior Bridgeman died Surprisingly yesterday. He played for good Denny Crum Louisville U teams and had his number retired after 8 years with the Milwaukee Bucks. And he died worth $14 Billion. He built a successful business around franchising, now a global force run by his daughter. Bridgeman was a fun bucketball player to watch. But the bigger message is: that free scholarship is really worth a lot for 97% of college players who will never see a pro pay day

I might add that Thursday could be Tidy-Up Day before Fly-Away Friday.

Politically, words and phrases that describe Conservative are Free Enterprise, Private Ownership, Self Determination and Socially Traditional Ideas.

Money can’t buy you happiness? Don't tell that to a McDonald’s Happy Meal product manager!

The Answer:

First, we have Shitake mushrooms for immune system. Next is Cremini for an antioxidant boost, Portobello for your gut, and Golden Oyster for anti-cancer contentment, White Buttons give you a Vitamin D boost and If your brain feels slow, pop in a couple of Lions Main Mushrooms.

To continue the thought:
