Today's Tids Issue 4,515
Early darkness eases tension:
Ah, November.
I like November. There is something in the air that just seems different, refreshing.
There is a new kind of clarity, an openness. The last leaves fall in November,
and the first waves of eager shoppers charge the local mall. Football games become
meaningful. The other Fall sports in High School and College begin playoffs. We
honor our veterans, our special defers of our life and culture. And we all look
forward to the day when we are thankful. When see the power of family love.
When turkeys begin wearing cammo. There is something special about November, I can’t
really describe, but I can certainly feel.
At times many people wonder
who they are. Too often comparing themselves to others, rather than realizing
how much they are themselves. Here’s a couple of lines form a poem written by a
friend:
“Let your soul feel alive.
Be your friend
Be your holder
Be your truth
Your crying shoulder.
Be your light.
Take some time to look within, and see the beauty.
Stride forward.”
Several Dems
yesterday after the impeachment vote said that this will finally bring us together,
close the divide. What are they smoking?
Why do people in Athens
hate getting up early? Because Dawn is tough on Greece.
The Question:

Kids in school used to say,
“I’m going to stick your pigtail in the inkwell.” Now they say I’m going to
skin you alive and kill your friends. Why do kids think like that? What is their
inspiration? That is the question.
The Audubon society
is offering morning woodland tours where people can look for signs of nocturnal
animal activity. I see that every morning on the golf course. Hey, I’m an Audubonist.
With all of this new talk
about College Players getting a piece of the Sports Empire pie, the winningest
coaches will probably have the best agents added to their staff.
Pet peeve:
Pedestrians who begin to crass the street after the light turns green for cars.
Repubs are
saying the impeachment vote is a declaration of war. Doesn’t sound like the
country is coming together.
Good news for those afflicted
with the horrible Cystic Fibrosis: Doctors and researchers are celebrating new
treatments. They are really happy that the FDA approved “Trikafta” a new drug from
Vertex Pharmaceuticals which targets the defective protein responsible for the buildup
of thick mucus in lungs and organs. Always leading to death at young ages. I’m
happy for this because I knew family years ago who had three beautiful, smiling,
truly happy upbeat daughters. All who died before they were ten. So, when I
hear the o-words Cystic Fibrosis I always see their amazing faces looking up. They
are an indelible image on my heart.

The Answer:
The Wagner Group is not a Hedge fund, unless you consider
it is Russia hedging against culpability. It is a Russia paramilitary group and
Unit of Russian Ministry of Defense, typically used in hotbeds where deniability
is called fir. They take sides for Russia in cibvil and internal wars like Syria
and Ukraine, and many of the skirmishes in places like Africa. They are not nice.
Have a Great weekend,
E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!!
