Today's Tids Issue 5711
Some things are that good:
The forest is silent.
All creatures great and small
Huddled against the cold
A hawk, wings spread wide.
Soars in, no food to behold.
He settles upon the highest limb,
Icy against a glistening sky.
Yet nothing moves below.
He is alone,
A silhouette against the snow.
It's tough to be poetic when the Microsoft CoPilot AI Icon is following your every word.
Sorry I resorted to “All Creatures Great and Small.” but it just felt right. I should be more creative than that.
The newest game in town is the Pardon contest where presidents say criminals should not have lives ruined by their violent and larcenous acts. It doesn't make sense when they also promise law and order. But that is what happened, and it bothers me. Attacking the foundation of America is not a lesser act. It is the essence of a crime against a nation. Any good conservative should know that.
Meanwhile, we learn that the monk owned Locksmith business is closing shop. Yes, no more Monk Key Business. Oh no!! The Characters of “Pearls before Swine" just fired their cartoonist Stephan Pastis for that one. Stephan made me do it.

I realized this morning that I have gone through my long lifetime waiting each day for Mr. Dithers to say something nice to Dagwood. We all gave different goals.
It appears that Prince Harry is funding a good life for he and his bride through lawsuits. I think that qualifies him to run for Governor of RI.
Some great readers I know have learned how to interpret the mysteries of typos and read happily ever on. Yes, I've been enabled too.
The cost of enjoying an average life is getting much too high. Just watching TV is like a car payment.
From what I'm reading it appears that Fast food Chicken nuggets are generally healthy meals. I'm feeling better about myself this morning.
My initial refraction to the massive EO signings is that they could have the effect of choking the government. After all, it is still a bureaucracy we’re dumping all of this into. That said, I will be watching them closely and will comment positive or negative as needed.
The Answer:
The cast that launched a hundred stars is of course SNL. Others are in order are Cheers, Freaks and Geeks, The Micky Mouse Club, Taxi, In Living Color, Friends, Parks and Recreation, That Seventies Show and Roseanne. Number 11 is Grey's Anatomy. Interesting is that the applauded The Office is not on the list. But the guy who wrote The Office also wrote Parks and Rec. and P and R produced far more successful careers. And... I guess with Seinfeld the cast ewer already known, but I'm not buying it.
Which leads me to A Star is Born and tat song I like which I have already used here but which I feel like using again. I think it is a good song for getting over hump day.
