Trust is sacred

Today's Tids Issue 5.785

All of us:

Well, Tax Day came and Tax Day went. At least somethings never change. Life goes on.

Meanwhile, Jesus was betrayed in the Garden of Gethsemane. And we are reminded of the sins of man. As the world moves wondrously within a technological reincarnation, Judas still lives among us.

The heads of the biggest banks are saying today not to be that worried about a recession. Yet these same banks have already transferred Billions of dollars to protect against loan losses. The moral of that Tidlet --- Nobody knows.

Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less. --Marie Curie

I always buy “Family Size” packages for myself.

I had to stop driving my car for a while. The tires got dizzy –Stephen Wright

Recent tariff numbers thrown out by the White House are becoming laughable. Stephen Wright didn't say that

Well, Orlando and the GS Warriors made it past the play in game. Watch out for the Warriors. Stephen Currey is still there in case you hadnt noticed.

The thuggery I've seen in illegal immigrant activity has been in the actions of ICE agents

That said, illegal entry to the United States is still unlawful. A problem I'm seeing is that the agents seem to look at any Hispanic perosn as being an illegal entrant and often treat them inhumanly. You have to wonder what these people think when they see fr real criminals pardoned by Presidents.

I always thought thc USA was kind of an understanding human place.

“I live on a one-way street that’s also a dead end. I don't know how I got here.”  --SW

I am 100% against Trumps urging Congress to Stop Funding NPR and PBS. Being a conservative doesn't mean muffling the alleged oppositions voice. I judge people by their talents and not their politics. Is it better for a society to know and try to understand what all sides are saying? Where would the world be if we only had one view of culture and art.

“When I die, I'm leaving my body to Science Fiction.” SW

The Answer:

Truffles is number ten. Once frowned upon now overly expensive. Going up to number one, we have at 9 Goat Cheese, followed by Foie Gras, Kale, Caviar, Smails, Sushi, Chicken Wings and #2, Portabella Mushrooms. Number one is the mighty Lobster once tossed in gardens as fertilizer or fed to prisoners and peasants.

The wonderful Stevie Nicks just announced a new one-woman Tour. At a few stops, she added, shge will be joined by Billy Joel
