Today's Tids Issue 5,793
Haha-Hoho-Heehee:
I long to be a good life liver.
A romantic fool,
With a heart aquiver.
And mostly I hope for June,
When I’ll no longer shiver.
It was a tough weekend. Last week when a stranger walked by I could say, Happy Easter! This week I had nothing to say strangers. Life can be weird.
After watching the NFL draft, I decided to back off my planned football comeback. They seemed to be going with younger players.
Amazon, Apple, Meta and Microsoft will be reporting earnings this week. My guess is that investors will be more interested in what they see from key companies have to say about the effect of tariff uncertainties on their future. The earnings will be applauded or booed, but the focus on the future will be analyzed all week long

I Had to remove another good friend’s name from the Tids list yesterday. He was an honest man, A wonderful human being. He probably hated Typos.
You may have noted in a Tidlet week that 3 of eth top 10 economies in the world are USA States. It seems indeed that we are pretty great. Making America great again is gaining respect from the rest of the world for fairness, and kindness; uncluttered operatories. A nation that can m be trusted to be there, to do the right thing in crises. A nation that set the standard for Minimalist government intrusion; where the people set the agenda,
I can always get easily lost in music.
Did you see that scary new poll where it was revealed that Gen Z’ers trust their “influencers” on social media more than doctors. I have to believe that big brother is watching and absorbing this development. Would you let an influencer replace your kidney?
It's sad that the incessant coverage of the Sanders kid’s slide dimmed the spotlight on the achievement for 257 other players. But that is media for you. I’m happy with my Pats Picks.
Do you get the sense that more and more White House players are being muted? More than likely, it is the chief Mutee who says, let me do the talking. Karoline Levitt is in charge.
Baptized hay is a Christian Bale.
One of the reasons we may never be great again is because there doesn’t seem to be any middle ground anymore. The winning side sets a completely new agenda while the one replaced is dismissed entirely. What a waste of money and energy. America is not a half a country. As old Abe might have observed, we are much too divided against ourselves.
You always wonder if you make anybody smile.
Is a Rennaissance man just a guy with ADD?
What are the odds of Trump using Powell as a scapegoat if the economy fails?
Is the world in a worse place because the sports community had to wait to pick number 144 for the Sanders kid to be selected?
The Answer:
Number one is Kate McKinnon. Next is Kristin Wiig followed by Gilda Radner, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Cicily Strong, Molly Shannon, Rachel Dratch, Jane Curtain, Cheri Oteri and Ana Gasteyer. One of the all-time great comedians, Julia Louise Dreyfuss is only # 16 on this SNL List.
As we enter these new perhaps mystery weeks, I just try to find more things that bring on laughter. It always feels great to laugh. Here’s an oldie but happy:
