Interesting also is that a slice of Repubs are talking write-in vote and the winner of that may just be JD Vance. Democracy in America gets weirder and weirder.  

 

Speaking of illegality associated with campaigns, if the FTC regulated the advertising honesty of political adds the same way as they regulate company ads, the biggest campaign expense would be fines for misinforming the public.

I always hoped that if I found a flat tire, I’d be in a gas station pumping gas. Today though they could only patch it with a foot long hot dog.

There is actually a really big College Football game this weekend – Number One Texas and Preordained #1 now #5 Georgia. This may tell the story. Another good one should be Alabama and Tennessee. I guess it all comes down to the SEC these days. Though, I like the looks of the Michigan and Illinois game in the Big 10, and maybe more so, that league’s Nebraska versus Indiana. 

 

I like the idea of the USA being independent. But high tariffs maybe too big a price to pay.  

 

It was heart breaking to read the story today of a family who escaped the horror of war in their home country Ukraine only to come here to settle in Ashville NC and see the the entire family swept away in raging waters. Two bodies have been found, two are missing. This appears more tragic because of the irony, and it is every bit of that word, but there are enormous heartbreaks each day across the USA. And people weep.  

 

Yahya Sinwar will be followed by his brother who has the exact same view of the world and an equally cold heart. This is a reason why there may never be a peace. The poison isn’t in the man. The eyes of the west don’t understand what they see in the eyes of the Middle East. 

 

At the rate new Stroage centers are being built it appears that a lot of people want to have everything and don’t know where to put it.  

 

I mover to a new town and I don't know where to vote. The website assumes I know what precinct I’m in. In all my life I have never known what precent I’ve been in. I never thought it very important until I had to vote. I looked at a precent map for help, but it doesn't show any roads, so I still don't know what precinct I’m in. Life can be difficult. Only Politicians know about precincts. 

 

The Answer: 

Yes, Charles is going to Australia now. It is one of them along with Antigua, Barbuda, The Bahamas, Belize, Cabada, Grenada, Jamaica, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Saunt Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Grenadines, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and of course the Uinterd Kingdom of nations. I thought Bermuda was one.
