Hold your breath.

Today's Tids Issue 5,650

Say Thank you.

Its November and no matter how the month begins in a few days, it will be ending with a big thank you for everything, for the love of others and appreciation for all of those unknown faces doing simple little necessary things nobody ever sees. everybody around us. The trees will all be bare by then, but our hearts will be fully bushy and bursting with appreciation; with laughs at big family gatherings; or helping somebody in need along the way; maybe little tears of happiness just knowing we can say thanks to somebody else. Ah lovely November. When there may be the first nips of cold around here, and the football games become more important. It's a time when we reflect back and realize we can get through it all. That it is the simple things that matter and not the explosions around us.

Of course, November becomes annoying when they start playing Christmas music in the first week. Can you still say Christmas?

The Question:

Name some Female stars that defined the genre of the Horrow film they were in.

The Headlines:

--US Economy Only Added 12,000 Jobs in October; Analysts Expected 100.000 (Whoops); Amazon Roars in with Good Earnings and Nice uptick in Cloud Performance; Apple Earnings Strong as US iPhone sales improve, But Slowing China Activity Has Analysts Concerned.

--Ukraine People Feel their Survival is in Hands of US People Voting in US Elections;

--China’s Giant BYD Auto Sells Half a Million Plug-Ins in a month.

--US Says 8,000 NK Troops Could Join War Against Ukraine.

--Deaths from Spain Flooding Rise to 205.

--Trump, Harris in Home Stretch.

One thing I have picked up on the past several months is how the logs of ships of yore were the internet of the day. The ships and their great seafaring captains were the information, commination links to all corners of the world. And interestingly these captains and their mates kept meticulous logs of their travels, customs of ports visited the records of historic activities ashore up. In addition, they recorded the challenges of seas, and the effects of the weather, whether in the icy waters if the north or in the lee of warm greened forbidden islands never before known to the broader civilizations. When you think about it, it is pretty cool.

The best College games this weekend are Arkansas against Ole’ Miss (Go Hogs), and Oregon against Michigan, Onething I have to admit I like about the West Coast/Big Ten merger is that now you get to decide theWho's Best” question on the field and not by te public relations offices of the leagues. Georgia versus Florida is always huge. This could be good just because of the rivalry. The game really matters, and which should sort out some rankings’ rumbles is Ohio State against Penn State. Is Penn State really number three team?

If there is disruption after the election, remember that is just a relative handful of people making a lot of noise.

Every Politician around this state says the RI economy is good. What kind of economy is built upon building new or rehabbing former productive factories into storage complexes. Rhode IslandThe Storage State. It really does seem kind of pathetic to me.

The biggest industry in Newport RI is selling tickets so people can look at Mansions where the creative, productive wealthy who made America great used to live.

The regular people in a lot of countries are watching this 11/5 with more fervor that usual. In China where the average person looks to peace and see Kamala (Who they admit they know little about), if she wins, following Biden who they say likes the Idea of war against China. The people there don't think Trump wants war. So there's an opinion from overseas. Isn't it interesting how people in other countries think they can interpret the intentions of our candidates and so many in America can’t?

I try to teach myself how to do everything. “F’s” are unacceptable when you are skiing. The money I save on lessons comes in handy for hospital bills.

I really can't believe it is November already. And I know time will continue to fly because I just rescheduled a doctor's ab appointment New Year's Eve, Time tends to fly when you look forward to things.

As you get older you realize how much time you worried about things that never came to pass.

Yesterday I wrote that the Jets-Houston game might be a trap game, and I was right. And I lost because I dismissed my own cool theory.

The Answer:

Tree are some good ones here. When you think of Psycho, you have to think of Janet Liegh, right? And then of course, how about Mia Farrow in Rosemary's Baby. Some others are Jessica Haper in Suspiria, Jamie Liegh Curtis in Halloweens, Sigourney Weaver in Alien, Heather Langenkamp in Nightmare on Elm Street, Jodie Foster in Silence of the Lambs, Neve Campbell in Scream, Shawnee Smith in Saw. I guess I should have asked This question last night!

Is there anything greater than to be able to thanks somebody for something.

Have a Great Weekend, E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!!
