Flowing is good:
If and when stress gets you down over Christmas, sit down and write a simple poem. It doesn't have to be great... it just has to be an honest release of feelings. Let yourself ooze out the tensions in music from the heart. Just let yourself flow. Make a typo. And don't worry about it.
