Funny was different.

Today's Tids Issue 6,149

In thoughts:

Light travels faster than sound. That’s why some people look intelligent until they open their mouths.

That isn’t part of Einsteins theory of relativity. But it is relevant.

AI incidents and accidents seem to be dripping out at a faster rate. Regular humans awareness of technical breakthroughs is generally decades behind the original research and testing. If that theory holds, threats on AI could have been going on for a while. and maybe it is more advanced than we thought.

But then it only takes a little rain and springtime sun to create a magnificent flower. And that is pretty extraordinary technology.

MIT in comments about their students and AI: It is producing “Cognitive Surrender”. Think about that.

Warren Buffett officially stepped away from his business today. What a lofy=ty standard he set. Maybe he's the guy the natin should be listening too/

The Question:

Who played the character “Mr. Peepers " on TV?

The Headliens:

Meanwhile, I felt the warmth of human kindness while gtisthis morning reading a story. A Providence woman was stopped at an intersection watching interaction between a policeman and a man. She knew the man as a guy who was always there each morning playing a saxophone, playing it very well. But there was no sax today. As she watched, the policeman went to his cruiser and brought out a black case, opened it and gave his old saxophone to the man. The woman felt the chills and the welling in her eyes.

Door Dash, Uber Eats and others are growing entities. Yet to me it is just the most expensive way to eat. Adding tips and delivery costs to the already overpriced meal just doesn't make sense to me. What ever happened to doing things yourself. Oh wait, there's no app for that.

The so called big NCAA football game of the week is LSU vs Ole Miss and it doesn't interest me at all. Two highly paid SEC teams going at it doesn't stir my imagination, If Florida State was still the Florida State, their game against Alabama woudl be interesting. The Big Ten looks like patsy week from here. My number nme most interesting game is Lehigh v Dartmouth. In reality, that couldb be a c great game. Homest. The Coaches-on-the-Hotseat game could be fun to watch – Dabo Swinny's Clemson versus Bill Belichick's North Carolina.

Social media is driven by prurient interest, Most of what becomes astonishing and viral has no effect on your life. Except for the associated annoyances of repetition.

I’m hearing late night super conservative talkers and former admin apologists  not just walking away but running away from Trump as fast as possible Their number one advice: “Stop talking”.

I'm one of those people who doesn’t turn on GPS because I don't like the route it takes me.

“Stressed” is dessert spelled backwards.

It's become too easy to ruin a good day by worrying about what’s going on in the world and country. I’m giving it up for Advent.

I have a big morning coming up. I think I’ll have dessert first.

The Answer
Wally Cox was Robinson J. Peepers Science Teacher at Jefferson High School in pretty [popular series. And he looked the part in real life. He was also the voice of the funny cartoon character “Underdog”. He was in several films often as a mild-mannered man. He died at 48 years.  Meek Wally was a very close friend of noyt so meek Marlon Brando.

Have a great weekend, E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y.
