Today is all about Xi. Too bad the ballroom isn't finished because this is going to be big, really big. The guest list includes tech honchos worth a combined $2,3 Trillion Dolars. That’s big. Xi woudl love to deal with the tech community. But I'm not so sure he wants to make a deal with America, China probably already knows what our tech community's brewing. They have been inside our businesses for decades.  But there will be smiles and toasts and great reports coming out from the Admin, But Xi’s face will tell us nothing. 

 

We are a little over halfway to Saint Patrick's day incase you wantto sing a few Irish melodies over a pint this weekend. There's always an excuse for everything.

You have to figure that with the rising gas prices and potential for oil disruptions that some senator or congressperson offers a law banning gas cars in 5 years. Reactionary politics does some odd things to us. 

 

If that actually happens to pass, how will the states replace their big bucks from Gas taxes, Silly me, The States always find w away to get the dough.   

 

It was just announced that Pawtucket RI is getting a USFL team. It would be a great farm team for the Patriots since it is only 10-15 minutes ways form the Pats Gillette Stadium.. 

 

Every novel is a mystery novel if you never finish it. 

 

I still have trouble with the phrase, “Cleveland Guardians”. It bothers me at several levels. If “Red Sox” became offensive to someone, what would they name the Boston team. Hopefully not the beans. Or the Scrods. 

 

The Colorado Rockies MLB team just set a new Record – they’ve lost 100 games in each of the past five years. It takes great mismanagement to do that.  

 

One of the problems diminishing trust in the current society is that almost everybody or every entity has some flaw, but the internet never lets it disappear.  

 

A lot of things are being cancelled around here due to an impending Nor’Easter. They create a lot of surf, surge, rain and winds for sure. It is part of the reason behind that “Perfect Storm” of film and books. There's a lot of warnings from the Cast Guard and the Block Island ferry is cancelled probably for the next few days. And in my mind, there is a possibility that it could just be a rainstorm of no significant danger.  

 

 

Elon Musk says he would love to live on Mars. I don’t think that makes him sound sane.

Writing a novel becomes more difficult when you want opt preserve credibility.

Personally I woudl add Hammi from Baby Blues and Jeremy form Zits And how about Linus and Lucy Van Pelt. 

 

If you wake up reading the comic it is highly likely, you’ll have a better day.
