Today's Tids Issue 5,421
This too will pass:
I love I can find a hidden beach,
So easily within my reach.
And I always enjoy it to the max,
In return for my hefty RI income Tax.
I will never cease being amazed at how people will stand in lines and overpay for a product or service just to be part of a temporary fad. That kind of tends to dilute the significance of elected officials, doesn't it.
You will be seeing some Red Neck interpretations of medical terms throughout today's Tids. Artery: The study of paintings.
The Question:
What is the name of the largest, most extensive (90% of Bulk) best preserved Tyrannosaurus Rex specimen ever discovered. It was unearthed in South Dakota in 1990?

Bacteria: Back door to cafeteria.
If Pittsburg manages to get into the AFC playoffs because Lamar Jackson did not play for Baltimore, how loud will be the screams of the team that missed.
Do you realize how much money and time people spend trying to be like somebody else.
In 1991, 200 000 human beings in Bangladesh were killed by a vicious cyclone. How awful is that? On the other hand Over 120 Million human beings were freed from Soviet tyranny as 15 former soviet entities, Ukraine to Estonia became their self-governing selves again. Wisconsinites stopped looking over their Shoulder as Jeffery Dahmer was captured. Iraq withdrew from Kuwait after a quick, powerful and efficient retaliation be the US and UK under UN authority. Gorbachev and George HW sign Start Agreement for hopefully a better tomorrow. Oops, the cost of a new house was up to $120,000. Gasoline was $1.12/gal and bacon was $1.95/lb pound. The Dow was 3158 (It is 37405 right now.) Juicy, gossipy USA at that moment was interested in Mike Tyson being arrested and charged with rape of RI beauty Contestant Desiree Washington. The arrest of Rodney King caused major riots in LA. Publisher and “Fraudster” Robert Maxwell fell off his yacht and was found dead floating in teh ocean. His legacy wasn't burnished by daughter Epstein Ghizlaine. There doesn't seem to be a string of happy moments sin 1991. But people find laughs in the debut of TV’s Home Improvement. There were several memorable movies like the strange tale of the Lambs, the scary Sleeping with the Enemy and the ridiculous Kindergarten Cop. All my kids were out the world finding themselves. I found ways to travel a bit and see the sights of the world. I found that being over Fifty meant nothing at all. You were just a little wiser and still young enough to do whatever you wanted.
Covid was unreal, but so was the fairy tale economy that Government covid money created.
Fibula: A small lie.
Good news for Diet Pepsi addicts. And maybe Coke addicts too. The giant global supermarket company Carrefour (7th largest retail operation in the world) is taking Pepsi products off the shelves because of “Unacceptable High Prices”. Yes, bubbling colored water is way too high these days. The supply chain crisis seems to have given many corporations a lot of windfall profits today.
There goes my Pepsi stock. There's always something.
Caesarean section: A neighborhood in Rome.
I should always end the Tids with Stevie Nicks singing. That would work.
The Answer:
“Sue” was the name of the 13.6 Foot tall T-Rex Dinasaur discovered on a bank of the Cheyenne River by Sue Hendrikson. It was and is a marvel. Sue was discovered on property owned by Maurice and Darleene Williams. After much wrangling between the Gov, the Chyenne Indian Reservation and the Sioux Tribe, the Williams got the legal ownership. Sue the T-Rex was auctioned and bought by the Field Museum in Chicago for $7.5 Million. Now the kids of the deceased Maurice and Darlene are arguing over their inheritances. So goes the human race. I once had dinner at the Field under the Jaws of Sue. Quite the sturdy woman.
Freddy Mercury died in 1991. How about a little Queen Music to carry us into a great Weekend, E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!!
