Today's Tids Issue 5,986
Highs to lows:
In case you missed it, the gathering at Davos is officially, “The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.” Each year around now it brings together CEOs, heads of State and Academic Experts to collaborate on finding solutions to key problems affecting all, mainly this year potential for Technology interruption (AI), Climate Action. Inequality and Geopolitical Conflicts. It seems to me it got hijacked somewhere along the way.
I watched a few minutes of a pickleball tournament on network TV this past weekend, and I don't think it will make it as a TV sensation, regardless of how much people enjoy playing it.
A reader wrote to comment on yesterday's Tids theory that a cow may in deed be the long sought missing link, saying, “Udder nonsense”
The Question:
Name five annoying things patients do according to doctors.

For a couple of years now hopeful entrepreneurs around here have been buying new snowplows looking for an active winter. This year they may find it paying off. I have seen some very cool shiny plows out there so far.
The Australian Open Tennis Tournament is in the midst of getting towards the end. US Cocoa Goff is doing well as is Jessica Pegula. If Jessica falters will her dad fire her coach, as he did Sean McDermott after the Bills lost to Denver.
I couldn’t help myself with that one. But it is always nice to see the Tennis Grand Slam circuit begin. And yes, promos for the Masters in golf are already out there.
I’m thinking the framework for the solution to the Greenland mess is the decades old agreement that permits US military bases on the big Island. The US upgrades within those formerly agreed parameters should help whatever Trump is talking about with no sovereignty infringed upon. It is an easy off ramp for Trump after the threats.
The Answer:
Number 1 annoyance is acting mean to nurses. Next is showing up without Meds or symptoms list. The rest are lying about habits or medications, asking too many impertinent questions, having Bad Breath, Exaggerate Symptoms, Talk or text on the phone, Badmouth other doctors, Rely too much on Dr. Google and bothering themin public.
It wasn’t hard to find a good song today because Phil Collins announced that everything possible has hapened to him and he is under 24 nursing care, And then it is Journey's Steve Perry’s Birthday. I think I'll go with Phil. Maybe Journey tomorrow unless I can find another birthday.
