So damn sad.

Today's Tids Issue 5,977

Think first:

“Domestic Terrorist”? That’s how the WH labeled Renee Nicole Good. Did anybody pause to think that the 37-year-old was just a terrified woman who tried to speed away when told to move by four heavily armed men?

Today we are having a January thaw and there will be teens and rugged individualists who will be seen in T-Shirts and shorts. And I will be buried in fleece on this 50-degree day.

On this sunny brisk January day,

Why do corrosive politics

And meandering verbal tricks,

Always send clouds our way?

The Question:

What fo you call a Frenchman in sandals? Bonus: If you are an American when you go into a bathroom and an American when you come out, what are you when you are in the bathroom? Extra Bonus: What do you call a fish with no eyes?

The Headlines:

--Stocks Slip as New Jobs Data Looms; Street also Still Wary over US Military Actions; Defense Contractors Boom after Trump Proposes Upping Defense Budget to $1.5 Trillion/

--Crowds Gathr in Minn to Honor Renee Nicole Good; People Who Knew Her Say She was as Good as Her Name, Caring m for Many.

--House Takes STeps to Extend ACA Subsidies; Bipartisan Group of Reps Overpower Speaker Johnson and Move forward to Support 22 Million Losing Health Care

--Trump Pulls US Cash Form 66 Global Climate Change Organiazations

I think its sad that the NCAA college football championship Semi final games are played on this Thursday and Friday... just to avoid the NFL Playoff start. The honchos should reorient the seaosn so that teh Championships culminate on Jan 1. These student athletes dont need to play tat many games anyhow – especially the slaughterhouse gams in September. Think of all the classes they are missing! That's a joke. In ninety-nine percent of cases in recruiting these days, the academic qualities of an institution means nothing. Who has the fattest checkbook. That's it.

But from a football entertainment sense, tonight, and tomorrow night we should see two pretty good playoff c games: Miami-Miss and Oregon-Indiana. I'm rooting for Miami and could take either Indiana or Oregon and be happy

Less Guilt, Department:

I find RFK Jr. hard to take, but I can't argue with his groups new stance of food. -- “Eat what you Lie”. There are still warnings about various processed foods and alcohol, but they aren't quite as intimidating.

Soldiers on the streets will never bring peace.

I hate it when I find myself being sucked into writing too much about caustic political interaction. Political adversity is killing this country. There is too little understanding and listening. Too much political rhetoric tends to obscure the love and caring always there in the hearts and souls of real human beings

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

Think about It.

The Answer:

Phillipe Floppe! Bonus: European! Extra Bonus: A Fsh!. Shoot me.

In Minnesota, the people who knew prize winning poet Renee Nicole Good say she was the kindest person they ever knew.

What about Love?
