There’s so much Christmas stuff in stores these days that you can’t find the stuff you need.

One of the worst new Government annoyances are these speed detecting cameras. The politicos will always try to take scams like these and wrap up in a pretty package that says it will protect children. But it is just a big money grab, a way ot get in =tot eh pockets of people who never speed in general. Technology sucks sometimes. People use it because they got it rather than without determining if it si good or bad.is good or bad.

For the just completed third Q, the household debt report shows Mortgage and credit card debt the primary movers pushing the national household debt up by 197 billion to a new total of $18.6 Trillion. The delinquency rate is fairly low, but how long can people sustain such spending.

We get lots of reports about macro numbers giving us a view of a statistical economy. But here's a number that we don't see that is a bit frightening on the surface: In October there were 55,000 cancellations of house sales under Contract. That's up about a parentage point from the previous report, according to a real estate organization, Redfern. Obviously, it’s easy to see the growing negative effect of high prices and mortgage rates putting home purchase out of reach for many. Another reason though is that there are now more sellers than buyers and buyers are walking more if they're total package demands aren’t met. While this could reflect on the inability of so many to pay, the good side is that sellers may find they have to begin reducing prices from atmospheric highs. Maybe the market can reduce prices better than government affordability mandates.
Do you sense that the world and t people in general get a bad rap because the media focuses a spotlight on a handful of rascals who a plague to society.
I am seriously worried how the government of the future will use technology to take away the freedo mof the people.
The FCS Championship is well underway, and I will be very interested in two games: U Rhode Island at UCal Davis. and Villanova at Lehigh U. Lehigh and URI are undefeated but tye will both have big tests Tomorrow.
