For the last two days I have been diving into a new taste treat – Herr’s “Wings and Webs Crunchy Cheese Snacks”. Don’t tell Cheetos. Actually, this is a Halloween special, and I‘m hoping it doesn’t sell so I can buy leftover inventory cheap. Who says I’m not a foodie, culinary adventurer.

When using adjectives to describe recipe ingredients, there is a big difference between “Better” and “Better-for-you”!

There seems to be an uproar over taking selfies in voting booths. Why would anybody want to take selfies in voting booths (Or even think about it), and why would anybody care. Another reason why twitter should fail.

I listen to congress people and find that many of them are really quite smart. It would be good if more of them spoke what is really in their hearts and not what financial supporters put in their mouths.

Apple really needs some new products. The watch isn’t selling, as aren’t all watch style products, and the IPhone is static. There may be opportunities as the Galaxy 7 slumbers, but Google’s Android phone is already moving to fill that void. Apple has become the highest valued company in the world trough good results and the prospects of continuing new innovation. The market can only hold that high valuation for just so long.

I have heard that many Twitter users are finding that the 140 word message service has become a garbage pit filled with unrelenting anger and entirely unacceptable insults. The problem is that even in the face of a personal abhorrence, many users are so addicted they can’t find a way out.

BTW, NYC commuters are really upset at Twitter this morning as it was used to unite protestors who shut down the George Washington Bridge during this morning’s rush hour! Ug-ly. The protestor’s were from an immigrant’s rights group. Great, we’re going to look like the chaos in a third world country.

The Liberal press (Yes, I read socialist left leaning sites to see what they think) seem to consistently use being Rich as the lowest of the low characteristics, at least for Repub candidates. They froth at finery and elegance, station in life and earned privilege. The last time that movement got legs, the Romanovs got shot. And a country died.

The Obama admin’s response to the double Digit (25%) increase in ACA premiums they originally said would never ever happen are now saying it is good for America became it will push more people into poverty thus qualifying for generous government subsidies. Is this still America? Am I losing my mind?

Of course, the Dems have adored over the years several very rich and aggressive women chasers. – namely two of the most revered FDR and JFK. I guess wealthy heterosexual womanizers are only bad when they are Repubs. Oh yeah, WC got caught, and impeached but Dems and their associative media pals don’t seem to care about that either. It is all BS.

Celebrity adulation has clearly become American insanity.

Harry Truman raised the Minimum wage 87.5% from 40 cents to 75 cents. Yikes! We’re doomed.  Bonus: In raw numbers, Detroit as lost 1.36 Million since 1950 and Chicago 925K from its peak. Chicago doesn’t show up on the top Ten percentage list which is headed by St. Louis (62.7%) and followed by Detroit (61.3), Youngstown (60), Cleveland (56), Gary (55.6), Pittsburgh (54), Buffalo (53.7, Niagara Falls (51), Flint (4) and Dayton (46.1). the other cities with over 40%% Population decline are Scranton and Cincinnati.  Our big City of Providence RI lost 29.6%. Other cites with total population losses over 500K are Philly, St. Lou and Cleveland. Maybe a World Series victory will bring them back.
