I’m feeling your happy moment. What more could I do.

Today's Tids Issue 3,924
For Happiness:

One of the great little attributes of humans is the innate desire to feel the happiness in others -- Like that in kids after winning a championship, or a bride saying “I do” with a sparkle in her eyes.  The exultation that comes from accomplishments of men and women in business. A child finding a mom again after wandering off in a crowded store. Feeling the special moment that you see in a person’s glow after bringing home a new puppy, or the thrill in people’s hearts when a grand symphony ends on a resounding note. Feeling a person’s happiness extends that happiness those people feel. And they see it your smiles.

Happy VJ Day, everybody.

Did you read where Venezuela Dictator Maduro’s son threatened to “attack the White House with rifles in New York”? I don’t think we have a problem.

The presumptuous headline of the day is: “America reels from the violence in Charlottesville.” I’m not reeling. Actually, I’m against taking down Statues in parks.

It appears that Dunkin’ Donuts is about to join the healthy eating trend. They are going to drop the word “Donuts” from their name. At least in California. Well, it’s something. “America waddles on Dunkin’ “.

I thought that Trump’s impromptu news conference Friday outside his place in New Jersey was one of his better efforts. It would have been quite good if he had left ego in the other room

The Question:
Just about everybody knows of the 3 “B’s” in classical music – Bach, Beethoven and Brahms. But, there were boatloads of brilliant “B’s” who penned bountiful, beautiful music. Name five.

The Headlines:
--Markets Rise As Wall Street Sees Easing To NK Crisis; Dollar Climbs, Oil Dips..
--Tillerson, Mattis: The World Is United In Pursuit Of Denuclearized Korean Peninsula; Big Move: China Applies UN Sanctions Against Kim.
--Franklyn Graham Sharply Criticizes Politicians Who Blame Trump For Charlottesville.
--Justin Thomas Becomes Latest Of PGA’s Youth Brigade To Win Major.
--Homebuilders May Become Largest Resistance Bloc Against Tax Reform.
--Rhode Island Is Only State Celebration Victory day, te end Of Brutal WWII Pacific Campaign.

While we weren’t looking, it appears that Russia has gotten foothold in Venezuela, and as a result, perhaps the USA. The struggling Venezuela owned Citgo was infused with cash by Russia oil Giant Rosneft. In return, Rosneft got 49.9% of the US energy supplier which is under the control of Venezuela’s National Oil Company PDVSA. PDVSA has big solvency problems, and if they default on the Rosneft loan, Rosneft could take control of Citgo.  Because Citgo owns US oil terminals, Refineries and pipelines, there is a danger to national Security if Russia were to control that portion of US energy distribution. The good news: This would not affect Citgo convenience store operations…or their lottery ticket sales.

A lot of people are always surprised to learn that butterflies migrate.

Most people read news stories and pick out the parts that support their personal feelings. So, even when news is reported well, it doesn’t mean it gets beyond brick walls.

I just remembered that I used to love radishes.

I just don’t find myself becoming rapturous over the pending total eclipse of the sun.

In addition to the danger of a potential ownership of Citgo by Russians, remember also the Russia, Cuba and now Venezuela Political connection.

The left leaning media which was strongly against hatred in America this morning, typically hates anything conservative.

It’s almost time for those Montauk daisies to start blooming again.

And, also, the late ripening, juiciest tomatoes.

Over here in Rhode Island I am known as “Richid”. Well, it’s better than some of the other things people call me.

There is no question in my mind that there is absolutely no substitute for naturally weathered grey, white cedar shakes.  Period.

Many families who have relatives from Nova Scotia may find that their earliest North American relatives had originally settled during the 17th Century in New York City and Long Island. Apparently during the Revolutionary War, Long Island and in particular, lower Manhattan were heavy with majority populations loyal to the King. So, when the War ended with the American victory, many of those familes lost land and money, and moved to Nova Scotia for safety.

Media attacks on Trump just isn’t news anymore.

The Answer:
“B’s” abound: Britain loves double B, Benjamin Britten. Then we have Anton Bruckner and Max Bruck. Pierre Boulez and Nadia and Lili Boulanger are pretty good. William Boyce and Frank Bridge defined the bucolic English countryside by music. Alexander Borodin had his music adapted to create a hit Broadway musical and Leonard Bernstein wrote some of the great classical style music for Broadway. George Bizet wrote for the stage called opera. Bella Bartok makes my head spin, as does at times Ernest Bloch. But, nobody doesn’t like Samuel Barber’s beautiful, haunting -- Adagio for Strings. One of my favorites, Hector Berlioz, was drunk most of the time, so maybe that’s why his music is so original. Yes, “eight bars” had a different meaning for Hector. He could have been the Fourth “B”.

And we always feel people’s sadness too. And we always want them to be happy. I feel your heart the way I feel mine.
