Chaos or Gridlock?

Today's Tids Issue 4,251
Welcome back peace and quiet*:

*(Except for whining of losers)

As we sit this morning waiting for the polls to open, I give you this from a fine reader living an doing good work in Oklahoma: “The only thing that earthers have to fear is sphere itself.”

Basically, what we have developed in politics is a revenge mentality where one party out of power will get back at the party in-power for whatever it did to them when they were in power. Until somebody says enough already with the envious/jealousy attitude, we will continue to live in a disgruntled national pre-school, whining and all. We got to get back to turning the other cheeks… with no codicils. Yup, if we can do it my way it will work just fine. Uh-Oh!

A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing right.

The Question:
Yesterday, a Florida Sheriff named 15 Yo. Gregory Ramos one of the Top 3 Sociopaths after he coolly strangled his mother after being reprimanded for a bad report card. Who are considered to be America’s all-time greatest sociopaths (No, this has nothing to do with election day).

A curious item from of one of our intellectually inquisitive readers has got me interested and wondering about the Great pyramid, which may be far more than it appears to be in the tourist handbooks. Most of the discussion centers around the precision of this massive structure supposedly built way before the tools of a technological society were available. For instance, stones that weighed from 2.5 to 15 tons apiece had to be moved with precision up to the height of 455 Feet (Original height – 481.3949. One answer: It was built by Extraterrestrials with hovering aircraft. Yikes! What is also truly unique in addition to the construction preciseness of this 5,000-year-old structure is its positioning in line with the north pole. To achieve that plus the construction accuracy the builders would have had to use complex algorithms of today. The 500K Tons of mortar is stronger than the rocks themselves. There’s a 20-ton door so perfectly balanced that it is easily moved by hand. But most weird on the ooo-weee-ooo scale is the fact that the height and perimeter of the base are in a ratio of 43,200 to the radius and circumference of the earth. 43,200 times the height is equal to the radius of the earth and 43,200 times the perimeter is equal to the circumference of the earth; within a few feet. Say what?  Coincidence or knowledgeable, educated advanced civilization? Drive yourself nuts – it will make you forget the election nonsense.

I have forgotten to bring my smart phone along the past several times I have gone out. Surprisingly, I survived.

Repubs and Dems are like divorced parents who care more about getting their kids to hate the other mate than they are their well-being.

Last night on Dancing with the Stars was “Country Night”, and two teams failed to harvest kudos and were plowed under – the popular John “Dukes of Hazard” Schneider and Demarcus Ware. What caused the squawking in the henhouse was that Joe Amabile, easily the worst dancer in the competition, and who got the lowest score for his country tango, remains. Country Tango? Does this mean there will be upsets in the big voting today, too?

Last night on The Voice was the final round of “Knockouts” so that means the final 24 is set. There were some pretty low-grade performances like when a C- defeated a D+ for Adam’s team. I thought Jake Wells was going to be one of those sleeper types, but he just proved that her really didn’t have it. The top three last night were Kirk Jay (Blake), Kennedy Holmes (Hudson) and Michael Lee (Blake). Next week we’ll be getting down to the real stuff. Right now I’m rating the teams Blake, Kelly, Jennifer and Adam.

Weather forecasters always want to get in on the act, and last night here they were talking about how heavy rain could affect voting on the East Coast. That just means that the Democrat vote will be less overwhelming than usual.

Some newspapers and media outlets may go out of business now that the political spending has stopped.

Its hard to know who you are voting for locally. I generally try to eliminate those who sound like communists, and now-a-days, I vote for those who say they will be doing something about the Airbnb takeover of neighborhoods.

I have been told that we have 35 thousand illegal immigrants in little RI and it is costing the taxpayer over $266 Million. How can that happen under the watchful eyes of our leaders. I don’t remember receiving the memo asking for permission.

One of my guiding readers writes to inform us that as he watches this latest generation try to rewrite history, he knows one thing for sure -- the rewrite will be misspelled and have no punctuation.

When I used paper maps my world seemed bigger. I knew where I was in the grand scheme of options. Now I just travel blindly in a tunnel hoping the detached voice is smarter than she sounds.

People who want to share their political views with you, almost never want you to share yours with them.

I listen to a lot of the female candidates, and I don’t think many of them are all in on the “vote for me primarily because I’m a woman” strategy.

There’s a lot of things which I think it is smart to avoid when writing this morning mess and one is commenting on how I believe women think.

The National media folks sure seem to be in love with Beto O’Rourke.

The Answer:
Number One US Sociopath is the Zodiac Killer (Identity still unknown). Next is “Hitchhiker Killer” Henry Haskins followed at #3 by Ted Bundy then Charles Edmund Cullen, Patrick Wayne Kearney, Dennis Raider, John George Haigh, Paul Knowles, William Bonin, Aileen Wuornos, Jeffery Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, and Tommy Lynn Sells. There were several global sociopaths who may have been worse than America’s most notorious like London’s Jack the Ripper, Tokyo’s Tsutomy “Dracula” Miyazaki, Indonesia’s Ahmad Suradji, Russia’s “Chessboard Killer” Alexander Pichushkin and another Russian Andrei “The Butcher” Chikatilo.

Give a ma a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Hope you all catch a big one today.
