Alleluia, Alleluia!

Today's Tids Issue 2,261
Christmas Eve, 2010
The only Stuff:

"Isn't there anyone who knows what Christmas is all about?"

Linus walks slowly to the center of the stage next to the scrawny little Christmas Tree, looks up at Charlie Brown, pauses and reads:

"And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, an Angel of the Lord came upon them and the glory of the Lord shone round them: And they were afraid. And the Angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tilings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign to you: Ye shall find a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the Angel a multitude of heavenly host praising God, and saying 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men'."

"That's what Christmas is all about Charlie Brown."

"Peace, Good will toward men." That's the gift. That's the gift that doesn't ring cash registers but rings loudly in the hearts of all good humans on this earth.

Merry Christmas Everybody!

IU will be heading to the airport shortly to pick up Scott and Tracy and that is also a great thing about Christmas --being with family.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to both of you and your family.
