Innocent until proven guilty.

Today's Tids Issue 5,039

Justice, finally:

Poets don’t ride stationary bikes.

Well, it doesn’t surprise me that Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all counts. One of the most compelling reason that may have been a major factor for jurors was when they bega to see that almost all of the media drive sensationalized pretrial reports of what had happened were totally reversed when witnesses and video evidence came in. One major one being that rsa was reported to have been shot in the back but all of the evidence proved just the opposite. In other words, rushing to judgment based on media and social media hysteria is not justice. Maybe this is the trial that brings innocent until proven guilty back to America.

This is the end of the week that precedes the week that does nothing, yet culminates on the best day of all, That day when all of us say thanks. Thanks for the friends and the family and the food, and a roof over our heads Taks for the love that buoys us and the courage to get past the ills that we face. And to all of those without a face, who are in need, and that with our help can make this a better place.

The house just passed the $1.75 trillion mega social spending bill. It now goes to the Senate. That will be interesting.

A point of information: If you count the seconds to one million it would take 12 days. If you count the seconds to one billion it would take 31 years. If you count the seconds to 1 trillion it would take 31,688 years. Yes, One Trillion Dollars a lot more money than a billion.  And congress is spending it like it was a million.

The Question:

Last night was big moon night. Who were the second two men to walk the moon the moon? Bonus: We have all heard of Edel. Name five other big automobile model mistakes.

The Headlines:

--House Narrowly Passes Whopper, 220-213.

--Dow Sinks; Nasdaq Composite Hits New Record; New Economy Squelching Covid Fears Arise As Countries In Europe Enter Lockdown.

--After Over 30 Hours Of Deliberation, Rittenhouse Jury Finds Him Not Guilty O All Five Charges.

--FDA Authorized Moderna and Pfizer Boosters for All.

Saule Omarova who has been nominated by Joe B to be Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. It is one of the most powerful positions in US money control and banking. She called the financial services industry (Banking et al) “the Quintessential A**Hole Industry” She a has also advocated the government takeover of all banking! But even sadder is that when Elizabeth Warren rose to defend her statement, she said, “Saule didn’t mean it was an A-Hole industry, just people in it”.

Linguistic literacy is in the sewer. Just pay attention to the F word in the movies.

The Big East upped its lead in the series of games played against the Big Ten, the so-called preseason Gavitt Games, to 6-2. Last night Xavior beat The OSU and DePaul beat Rutgers. The only bad loss was Mich State beating Butler. Indiana nudged Saint Johns by 2 points. The big East offices are happy.

The application of Law is not connected to morality. This is one of the great ongoing philosophical discussions. I other words, an entirely corrupt person may be found legally innocent. Adwhielit may feel conflicting, it makes perfect legal sense.

The Answer:

The pair that almost nobody remembers walking on the mood were Alan Bean and Pete Conrad. Dick Gorden was the third member of team. Pete Conrad said, “I feel like a giraffe ruining in slow motion. Bonus: First, there was this early EV auto that had everybody buzzing and after four years was scrapped. – Aptera Motors 2e. The rest are Buick Casada, Chevrolet SSR, Cadillac XLR/XLRV, Chevy Tahoe Hybrid, Chrysler Aspen Hybrid, Chrysler TC, Coda, Fisker Karma, Ford Th!nk, GM EEV1, Lincoln Blackwood and the lawyers favorites -- Corvette, Ford Pinto/ One of the worst was the Pontiac Aztek. Ad maybe one of the naiver ideas was the super luxury car at about $80-90K -- the Volkswagen Phaeton. Nice car, but a VW for $90K?

From what I have heard, and see in video snippets, it appears that the Rittenhouse prosecutor held back even more exculpatory evidence

Have a great weekend, E-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y!!
