But here’s the point. Most “People of Color” other than black segment, don’t necessarily identify themself by their skin color but by pride in their national, regional or ethnic heritage. By the way, the census projects going forward that the fastest growing “racial” category will be those of half white and half “people of color” – primarily Hispanic, Asian or black.
