Today's Tids Issue 5,312

Peachy or not:

All you have to do is look at the college rankings to know that Georgia is crazy about football. Tonight, we will learn just how crazy they are as the football player tries to take down the minister.

Energy will be a big problem in Europe. And the Swiss, always among the most rational are taking action to survive as energy ebbs. For instance, they have a plan to eliminate, if necessary, Entertainment and sports events, and reduce EV car usage. It takes a lot of energy to run everything these days, including the pervasive “Cloud”.

Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at.

Today is National Microwave Day. Hint. Don’t use it to dry your cat after a bath.

The Question:

Who was Isoruko Yamamoto and Miniru Genda?

The Headlines:

--Stocks Dive.

--Apple Scales Back AI Car Developpement.

--Kristie Allie Dies At 71

--Relatively Irrelevant Walker, Warnock Contest Has National Interest Tonight.

--Idaho Murder Mystery Still Stumping Investigators.

--Trump Company Found Guilty of Tax Fraud.

Actually, the Senate is already controlled by the Dems. The big question to be settled in Georgia today is over how much power Joe Manchin can have as potential tiebreaker.

The Red Sox seem to be spending a lot of effort going after Bull Pen pitchers. That tells me they plan to continue with the dreaded five headed starting pitcher idea.

Tom Brady appeared lethargic last night for 53 minutes. Then he went into a telephone booth and changed into his Tom Brady outfit. Once again, he amazed everybody in the football world.

It appears that being bright young whiz-bang computer geniuses these days is no longer a ticket to economic paradise. There are just too many people vying for disappearing seats in computer labs, and it seems that AI is starting to write some of its own algorithms.

The Voice was quite entertaining last night. To this tin ear, they all sounded pretty good to me. I thought Morgan Myles may have shown brightest, but Justin and Omar shook the room. Bodie, a leader so far, was technically good but not a wowser. Country boy Bryce was at his country best. And Kim knocked them cold with “Summertime”. Parijita didn't get me last night, but she is still considered a top player. It thought the kid Brayden was cool and listenable. Based on last night I would put into the “Five” Morgan, Bodie, Kim, Justin and Omar. But there is a good chance country fans will keep Bryce alive. So, the mystery is will Justin or Parijita or Brodie make it. It is really confusing this year.

Had a crazy dream last night about swimming in an orange ocean, it turned out it was just a Fanta sea.

Today was a bit of a confusion day.My brain just didn’t seem to be digging deep enough. Hence the title.

The Answer:

These were the two men behind the attack on Pearl Harbor. Isoruko Yamamoto came up with the idea and Miniru Genda planned it. They're in the FDR hall of infamy.

Did Apple scale back its AI car project because it was having trouble installing windows?
