Reactionalism.

Today's Tids Issue 5,262

Nincompoopism:

Education will get you what you want instead of leaving you with what you have to do.

Duh, Department:

Finally, some people in California's LaLa legislature figured out that fairy godmothers don’t wave magic wands to create energy. The Gov Newsom signed a new bill postponing the ordered demise of their Nuke plant.

Chefs continually seek batter ways ot deliver savory and sweet meal combos. But one of the best tested and proven combos is Puffy or Crunchy Cheetos followed by a Diet Coke or Pepsi. There are truths in this world. Eat happy!

Is your iPad making you sleepy? There’s a nap for that.

The Question:

What according to Billboard are Tina Turner’s top song hits.

The Headlines:

--Stock Markets Holding Gains Through Mid Mornings; Strengthening Through Mid PM.

--Putin And Xi To Meet In Person In Uzbekistan Next Week.

--Major Cyber Attack Hits Largest LA School System.

--Steve Bannon Indicted On New Farus Charges Associated With Funding The “Wall”.

--Providence RI Surprised By Major Flooding.

--Ukraine Says Russia’s Supply of Hypersonic Missiles Is Dwindling; Can’t Get Key Chips For Production.

Biden is a real Union president, and the Union chiefs across the country are maximizing his presence in the White House. The question is, can consumers afford the results of union progress.

Rush to judgement is the new driving force in America. Whatever happened to thoughtfulness.

Could Healthcare bring back doc visits at home. Remember the kindly old doc showing up in your home when you needed him. Well, the big drugstore chain CVS just bought Signify Health for just that reason... getting closer to customers. A lot of major drug chains have made a lot of profit selling grocery and other non-drug items, but people are ordering more online necessarily reducing store visits and impulse buying. Except of course after big candy holidays when big sales start.

These rainstorms are proving how much the SA has neglected infrastructure improvements for so many years.

Yesterday, the Gov of Cal ordered citizens there to conserve electricity including among many sacrifices, a ban on car charging. Yikes. This is the State that will only allow electric cars 2035.

Why do people think that celebs talking about being a mom holds more importance than the experienced opinions of tens of millions of moms who do it every day without a spotlight.

Is it too easy for consumers to pile up credit card debt online?

There’s the usual social media induced controversy arising over the brutal, horrific death of Eliza Fetcher. There shouldn’t be any but in today's rapid info world media there always are. Some are saying why was she running at 4-5 am. And the answer is she always did it then. Yet some will place the blame on the victim and not the animal who took her down with cold vengeance. But another opinion knowledgeable people who knew are offering, people must be more careful in our increasingly lawless world and especially in known dangerous areas like that around Memphis U where she was running. I tend to be more alert as I walk around my city, more careful. But such arguments if any kind are quite c frivolous considering the horror of her death and the sadness of all those who loved her. That’s really all that matters.

Now I gotta start picking the NFL games for tomorrow’s big Tids Kickoff Issue.

The Answer:

#1 is “What's Love got to do with it” and that is followed by “I don’t wanna Fight”, “One of the Living”, “Private Dancer”, “We don’t need another Hero”, “Typical Male”, “Let’s stay Together”, “It’s only Love” and at #10, “The Best”. I always thought she was great with CCR’s "Proud Mary”. Her songs with Ike are another lifetime for her and there were some good ones like “What you see”.

I always liked this song by Tina Turner, so I’m playing it because I like it. Generally, I’m not this selfish.

It’s not quite a simple little tune.
