Gridlock!

Today's Tids Issue 4,770

Has life returned yet:

Well, America is certainly headed in the right direction now! Headlines have been acclaiming that The USA was together solid on the legalization of drugs and the expansion f gambling. Can it get any better than that? And people thought we could never unify in mind and spirit again.

Happy Birthday to all the good people born on this beautiful day in November.

I think the Stock Market will be very happy with a divided government. Nutty ideas will be tempered. Wall Street hates nutty ideas.

Phrase male golfers hate the most: “Your ball is just beyond the red tees.” Yikes. Shhhh.

The Question:

Why should women not have children after 35?

The Headlines:

--Stocks Poised For Another Strong Showing At Opening; Feds Powell To Talk Today; Expect Plenty On Virus And Its Effect On The Economy.

--Unemployment Drops To 7.6%. Economy To Add 600K Jobs.

--Joe Just Short Of 270; Key Sates Nevada, Arizona, Pa and NC and Ga could tip the scale today; Trump Lawyers Descend,

--Dems Dismayed Over Loss Of Seats In House’ Trump Gains With Blacks, Loses With College Women.

--Polls Further Off Mark In 2020 Than In 2016.\

--SC Lena’s Towards Catholic Adoption Agency Who Won’t Work With LGBT Couples.

--Eta Headed To Fla; Could Strengthen As Hurricane.

The Pickers are back and pickin’ up the pieces after an ugly last time pickin’ where went a mere 6-8, interrupting what seemed to be a promising season of good picking. Our record is now 80-37-1 (Peter Pipier picked a peck better than we picked the Pack!) My key games are Balt Indy, Chi-Tenn, Seattle-Buffalo, Miami -Arizona. Indy is surprising, but I go Baltimore in this important game.  Chicago’s wart are showing, but what happened to Tennessee? I’ll picket Titans. Buffalo is playing well and is in first place in AFC East, but Seattle is very good. How good has Miami been lately, and Tua who came in last week and looked not like a rookie. Arizona has been very tough and I will pick them in this game, maybe the best of the week.

Of the rest, which are really not that easy any more considering Covid and an unusually high number of injuries, I go, GB over San Fran, Tex over Jax, Washington over Jints, Minn over Detroit, KC Over Carolina, Atlanta over Denver, Las Vegas over LA Chargers, Pitt over oddly hapless Dallas, Nd my beloved Pats to finally get back on the sinning side over the Jets. Maybe I should have had TB and New Orleans a feature game considering the two HoF QB’s. I’m picking The Saints..

Without question going froward, the most important economic decisions will be based on the Coronavirus.

I heard from a friend who tells me she has a close viral researcher friend who is working at a secluded lab on versions two and three of Covid. Just in case you want to know what’s going on behind the curtain.

I feel sorry for all drug addicts, but I would fry all drug dealers.

The Answer:

35 children are enough! Bada Bing!

Later today, I expect the President to be chosen, and then comes the legal slugfest. I Have to believe that a lot of peeps will tune-out. Did you know that TV ratings for this election night were down quite a bit form 2016. People have lost the appetite for bickering.
