Over time.

Today's Tids Issue 5,508

Hey, waddaya expect:

It was about 73 degrees today. My body was only set for 57. I felt a 16-degree discomfort gap. The weather people never tell you about that, do they.

As AI continues on its merry way grabbing personal data from here and there, I expect someday we will all be characters in AI written and produced Sit-Coms.

Hey, we’re in good shape though. I see where Kamala and Kim Kardashian are leading the way in Criminal Justice reform. Is America on the right track, or not!

The Question:

What are the top Ten Iconic Musicals that received horrible opening reviews?

The Headlines:

--Stock Markets Begin Week on High Note; Investors Like the Musk/Xi Meeting Idea; Wall Street Looking Out Two Days to Hearing results of Fed Meeting

--Oklahoma Beginning Rebuilding After Devastating Series of Killer Tornadoes.

--Blinken Expected to Offer Hamas Deal They Can't Refuse.

--Universities Saying it’s Get out or Go into Jail Time for Campus Sit-Ins.

--Kamala Tromping Around Black Communities in Attempt to Win back Fading Black Vote for Joe B.

I see where Musk is having strategy Meetings with China's Xi. I'm thinking Musk is selling Xi the idea for a coal burning powered car.

The Pac 12 Conference was cannibalized by the greedy big Conferences like Big Ten and SEC. But look what happened in the Draft... Pac 12 Players were atop the lists. Obviously, the Pac 12 didn't disintegrate because of bad playWe won’t recognize the sports landscape in 5 years.

Do you realize that if it wasn't for OJ, we may never have had the Kardashians? Thanks a lot, OJ.

Another nice conference, the ACC, could also be a shell of itself shortly. Always high on academic side and very competitive in sports, it appears now that Clemson, Florida State and North Carolina are opening their robes and saying, “Take me I'm yours... as long as the money is good.” While I'm on this subject, how about a national coherence of high academic teams now in premiere conferences – like Duke, Stanford, Northwestern, Rice, Vanderbult, Georgia Tech, Boston College and Notre Dame. And maybe Clemson too. Good sports and good grades. Just a thought.

With all the Money going around in college sports, I'm hearing Rumors that Japan is starting high level national college football conference called the Big Yen!

There are a lot of schemes it appears to collect Space Junk. I can imagine it is a growing menace as everybody and his brother starts shooting off rockets and placing space stations and satellites in orbit. Companies are creating unique machinery and concepts to go up there and round up floating debris and worn-out satellites and dispose of it all safely. Yikes! The problem is quite huge considering they estimate up to 170* million pieces of junk with much of it tumbling along at about 15,000mph. There are several companies actively developing machinery and complex systems, One company, Astroscale, has developed a robot arm that would grab the worn-out satellite (Very tricky). The junk collector craft would then drag the debris into a very low orbit, from where it would speedily enter Earth's atmosphere and burn up. The debris removal spacecraft would then return to collect a second object.  In addition to AstroScale. Others are Clearspace, AirBus, Obruta, Altius Space Machines, Electro Optic Systems, Cost, Rogue Space Systems, Spaee and Surrey Satellite Technology.

Interesting isn’t it. Nobody really understands what it takes to keep those smart phones golf GPS machines working. Yes, people on this Earth really do live on multiple planets.

I read a headline today that said robotic manufacturers would not allow their robots to kill humans. And I'm thinking of AI continually reaching out to glean from everyday human activities. And begin to think that killing by humans was quite normal.

Here's another thing that is irking me. People who are in jail for clearly knowing they committed a crime a decade or so ago are crying for release because some idiot has convinced the legal system that the crime isn't serious anymore. Tell that to the victims.

“Historic” is the new most overused word in our society today.

The Answer:

Number ten is Oklahoma. Going up to #1 we have at 9 Moulin Rouge gen Be More Chill. Seussical the Musical, The Rocky Horror Show, Gigi, Beetlejuice, Les Miz, Merrily we Roll Along and #1, Wicked. Critics and people live on different planets.

Maybe if the people and countries shooting stuff into space had to pay an up-front sizable deposit charge to be refunded when the warn-out stuff is removed(i.e. Deposits on soda bottles so they'll ne theoretically returned instead of strewn in streets.)

Yikes, I sound like a RI politician. God help me.

*(Scientific models estimate the total number of space debris objects in Earth orbit to be in the order of: 29,000 - for sizes larger than 10 cm, 670,000 - for sizes larger than 1 cm, More than 170 million - for sizes larger than 1 mm.)

And 275 plastic Nips.
