One Week:
I like having Amy C-B on the Court. Too bad her vote had to come during the political morass. I think she is a good and rational choice. If not for the Big Split, she most like would have had support from many fair-minded Dems. Over time the left leaning justices have been more legislative than the right leaning. that’s just a fact. l think that Amy knows firmly that Judges so do not make the law, a function which she understands is the sole domain for Congress.
Everybody, from the highest and exalted to the everyday person struggling on the bottom, knows something that nobody else knows. Just in case you ever have this feeling to look down on somebody
I’m thinking I need a chip slit in my masks. Just for those times when the urge for a salty snack arises.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t have an unsettling week or so on the street until election confusion finally comes to an end

Fran Leibowitz is a contributing author for Vanity Fair, but is best known or her outspoken sardonic social commentary. She has appeared as social wit n Letterman, Mahar and many other shows. She is known for fighting a war against NYC gentrification. You may not agree with her, but she says things in a way that may make you laugh and make you think. One of her better known quates: “If feminism really worked, there wouldn’t be feminism any more.” She is an avowed deep liberal democrat who basically hates republicans and is not so fond of Bill Clinton either, but loves Hillary.
Strange Q, you might say. But this day when Amy gets the nod, I thought you might like to know a little about the other end of the spectrum.
